Apparently this company is partner with Carjet
They are both located in Spain.
Avoid them at any cost. They deal with fraudulent car rental companies
They charge your credit card and don’t return the deposit
They don’t answer your call or emails

Dear agent
Your reply is a cut and paste answer like the one from Carjet and has no meaning in terms of customer service or your attention to customer satisfaction. You don’t follow up on any queries and you ignore emails and phone calls.

Once again to car renters an advice to you : should these companies at any cost. They deal with dodgy car rental companies and they don’t support you as a client.
Read some other reviews where other clients were treated the same way, their deposit never returned and they fabricated things which are completely false.

Cheapest rates in the car rental business

Good company. Used them many times, for many years.

AVOID this company if you do not have a credit card with embossed numbers! Niche I know, but buried in their terms and conditions is a bizarre requirement to pay your collection deposit on a credit card with embossed numbers on the physical card, not printed. The alternative? Pay an extra €150 for insurance. In the end we simply booked with another company for €30 and didn’t pay the €150 fee - still paid more than we wanted to but saved money against this scam.

Easy to book

On the voucher they gave us, as well as their website, it said that the car rental's office was open until 10 pm. We book the car for 9pm, and due to a delayed bus arrive at 21:06. Supposedly there should be a shuttle. We call and call the number given to us many times, no answer. We wait around and try until 10 pm and then return to our hostel. The next day, when we went to the car rental, they told us they close at 9pm, and if we wanted to continue with the reservation now we would have to pay 300 euros in late fees. We said nevermind and booked a car with CICAR (which I really recommend if you're in the canary islands, we had a much better experience with them). However we had paid approximately 80 euros upfront, which I think should be reimbursed since it was Doyouspain who provided us with the wrong office hours. If they had written the accurate time, we would have set the pick up time at a different hour (when the office would be open!)We contacted Doyouspain and have emailed back and forth with their customer service personnel to no avail. What a horrible business practice to not reimburse their clients for their mistake.

Only problem I have is I booked a child seat because it didn’t charge me , but now I realise I will be charged when I collect the car , and I can’t cancel the seat

Used Doyouspain for car hire in Menorca they connected me with Goldcar who I will never use again and by association will never use Doyouspain either: INSURANCE SCAM. Do not use Goldcar.
I already have car hire excess insurance so do not need extra cover. Was prepared to pay €1400 deposit when collecting the car. What I was not prepared or advised about is the 7% charge that they then put through the goldcar calculator and round up to over €200 for the deposit transactions. TOTAL RIP OFF.
Will never use Goldcar again.

Wasn't made clear that the booking couldn't be changed in any way

They would not allow us to collect the car as the name on the booking wasn't the same as the credit card used. Both had all other details. They then told us we had to pay 160 euro for fuel to pick the car up. Or they could give us a new booking for 280 euro. The counter guy then said what do you expect for a 30 euro booking. We went without the car.

Following do you spains reply, it said nowhere about additional fuel charges, we were informed of this at the desk. Do you spain stated that the credit card and drivers licence details had to be the same which we had, the credit card was in the 2nd drivers name and as it wasnt the main drivers they would not allow us to have the booking. Any information regarding this was provided in the information AFTER the booking was made. The system allowed us to make a booking that we would not be allowed to pick up. Why allow a booking in a name with the credit card in a different name knowing that youd not be allowed to collect the car. My dad also tired to use do you spain and was told at the desk he could not collevt the car because he did not have an IDP which is not a requirement for spain. Neither of us have been offered a refund by do you scammer.
