I have been using do you spain for many years , would not book a hire car any other way . Booking is straight forward and an easy process. Also get the best prices .

Booking procedure straightforward and made easy. The icing on the cake - great price!

This company is well reliable, and got the best prices. Be aware of better offer at the pick up.

You're better off with clear directly ordering with the rental company without mediation. Use the site though to find the cars and rates you are looking for. Now I paid extra for an unnecessary and limited insurance (read the exclusions and conditions) while the rental company gave us NOT their own car but a fully insured leased car. Minimize these chain constructions that only will bind us with confusion and obscurity.

There was no information on the site at booking moment that a consistent deposit is required. We find out about the 1.700 eur deposit requirement AFTER we made the reservation payment. Even thought I booked a fully coverage indurance, the deposit was still requied and this ingormation was made available only after payment. This is miscellanious commercial practice. It is an information that would definitly change the consumer decision about car renting.

Apparently this company is partner with Carjet
They are both located in Spain.
Avoid them at any cost. They deal with fraudulent car rental companies
They charge your credit card and don’t return the deposit
They don’t answer your call or emails
Dear Marta
Your reply is a cut and paste answer like the one from Carjet and has no meaning in terms of customer service or your attention to customer satisfaction. You don’t follow up on any queries and you ignore emails and phone calls.
Once again to car renters an advice to you : should these companies at any cost. They deal with dodgy car rental companies and they don’t support you as a client.
Read some other reviews where other clients were treated the same way, their deposit never returned and they fabricated things which are completely false.

AVOID this company if you do not have a credit card with embossed numbers! Niche I know, but buried in their terms and conditions is a bizarre requirement to pay your collection deposit on a credit card with embossed numbers on the physical card, not printed. The alternative? Pay an extra €150 for insurance. In the end we simply booked with another company for €30 and didn’t pay the €150 fee - still paid more than we wanted to but saved money against this scam.
I would avoid this company at all costs
Good price and easy to follow online site
Used them before, so got confidence they can do what they say

On the voucher they gave us, as well as their website, it said that the car rental's office was open until 10 pm. We book the car for 9pm, and due to a delayed bus arrive at 21:06. Supposedly there should be a shuttle. We call and call the number given to us many times, no answer. We wait around and try until 10 pm and then return to our hostel. The next day, when we went to the car rental, they told us they close at 9pm, and if we wanted to continue with the reservation now we would have to pay 300 euros in late fees. We said nevermind and booked a car with CICAR (which I really recommend if you're in the canary islands, we had a much better experience with them). However we had paid approximately 80 euros upfront, which I think should be reimbursed since it was Doyouspain who provided us with the wrong office hours. If they had written the accurate time, we would have set the pick up time at a different hour (when the office would be open!)We contacted Doyouspain and have emailed back and forth with their customer service personnel to no avail. What a horrible business practice to not reimburse their clients for their mistake.
