This product was glossy despite choosing a matt finish, and felt like plastic to the touch. Doxzoo would not issue a refund but offered a small discount to re-order and rectify the order, which turned out just the same. So money wasted twice. I don't think it's necessarily a bad service throughout, probably a good formula when what they offer is what you're looking for, but not good at customer care when they cannot deliver what they promise.

I like the quality and value 2 things I encourage you to improve on: 1 when the print is in the bleed area, please pause the process and require printing INSIDE the bleed 2 offer hole punched options in the print
