I ordered laminated sheets and received just printed sheets. They said I selected the wrong weight of paper to laminate. Completely worthless - I threw them in the trash. They didn't care that the order wasn't what I wanted and didn't even attempt to contact me to ask.

We’re sorry you were disappointed with your order.
We would like to clarify that you did not order lamination, unfortunately. The product selected on your order was for printing only. Naming your uploaded file “for lamination” does not add lamination or any other finishing option to an order. Our production teams do not see or interpret file names as instructions for additional services, and unfortunately we cannot infer or guess finishing requirements that have not been selected when the order is placed.
When you contacted us, this was explained to you, and our initial response also explained what you needed to order if you wanted your sheets encapsulated, which provides the two-sided, waterproof finish you were looking for. You were also provided with a discretionary discount code to use when reordering the correct product.
We appreciate that this was frustrating, but we are not able to guess which finishing requirements you wanted when it had not been selected on the order. We can only produce the specifications that are actually submitted to us.
