Very happy with our new 3 piece suite from Downtown
Recently bought a 3 piece suite from Downtown and excellent experience from start to finish. Lots of relevant advice from the sales people with absolutely no pressure to place an order.
Ready slightly earlier than expected. Delivery arranged smoothly with notification of 2 hour timeslot received 24 hours in advance. Careful and friendly delivery staff who took time to make sure it was all installed correctly and we understood exactly what we'd purchased.
All in all a great experience and very happy with our new suite (apart from our cockapoo who isn't quite sure about it just yet.....)

A very positive experience.
Pleased to find that a chair I had been watching for several months had been reduced to a level I could not ignore!! Sales staff were their usual friendly selves and made the purchase an almost pleasant experience!! Delivery was punctual and the delivery team were courteous and careful, as usual. Overall a very positive experience and I feel sure will be purchasing there again soon.

Superb service - one of the best ever
After purchasing a 3-piece suite, unfortunately a fault occurred but Oldrids did not hesitate to replace it for us after just over a year. Mick and his assistant were so careful and kind. Their service was above and beyond - very pleasant and efficient - thank you so much to them both.
