I'd ordered around 4/5 times and had good experiences until recently. I even tried giving them another chance since I'd been happy with them previously but I won't be using them again.

I placed an order a week in advance of the delivery date that I'd selected. The delivery date came and went with no email updates. I emailed to chase up my order and the next day received an email to say my order had now been dispatched. No explanation, barely an apology, very "copy and paste" responses.

I'd had good experiences previously so was happy to try them again, but the same thing happened again. Their responses felt disingenuous and like they were written by AI. They avoided answering simple questions such as when the order would be dispatched. Eventually I gave up and asked them to cancel the order as they'd missed the person's birthday and since they couldn't tell me when the order would be sent I was just going to order elsewhere. This is where I was told it could be 20 working days until I receive a refund...All they have to do is press a few buttons to process a refund. I've never known any refund to take that long, it just felt like they were messing me around unneccessarily.

Both times I strongly believe they missed my order and it wasn't until I chased it up there was any progress on the orders. I'm a reasonable person and value honesty. If I'd just received a reply that felt like it was written by an actual person, felt like they cared at all and were honest about the situation I would have happily given them another chance.

Absolutely the best thing I've ever tasted! Don't debate over ordering just do it! Communication was amazing, 2 items were out of stock but quickly refunded and gifted a code for a free cookie! You will not be disappointed

Never tried before, and after seeing all the advertisements I finally gave in. Bought six different slices and got a wonky box free. Firstly, yes the dates and delivery system can be a bit tedious, luckily my delivery was only a day late. I personally think they should get rid of the date decider and be a situation of first come first served as it would take the stress out of deliveries arriving late.

I have only tried two of my items so far, first being the banoffee pie slice and a wonky caramel pretzel brownie. I understand what people when they say they can be too sweet and sickly - that being the cookie pie slices as I am someone who can’t tolerate overly sweet things. However, given that I bought them to share instead of having one on my own, that definitely helps, also const effective. The brownie was lush, no complaints, I put it in the fridge as it was hot out and it went hard, but personally I’m easily pleased, so zero complains. The dates on the cookie pie slices are great, and the wonky box had this weeks dates on and so personally, I have nothing to complain about. The wonky box is also a great idea, I received the brownie and then three cookie pie slices, one will be going to my sister as I’m not a fan of white chocolate bueno, but again, I really can’t complain. Personally I think it’s reasonably priced for what you’re getting, all come individually wrapped with the ingredients on. If I had to complain about one thing, and it’s not even that big of a complaint, it would just be to add an extra cooling bag or something on hotter days. I’d much prefer to spend my money on these then something like Krispy Kreme’s.

Delicious & Different

I ordered some cookies from Doughgirl because I wanted something a little different from the usual cupcakes, and I’m so glad I did! My daughter was absolutely delighted with them. The cookies were delicious, a really good size, and the presentation box was such a fun touch.

The only slight snag was the delivery. I had chosen a specific delivery date, but unfortunately they arrived a couple of days later. I think the communication around delivery could be a little better.

That said, it definitely wouldn’t stop me from ordering from Doughgirl again. The cookies were lovely, and I would happily buy from them again. 🍪💕

Amazing quality products! Tasted amazing. Easy ordering process and delivery was quick without any issues.

The order arrived, the design of a round cake was not what I received. They were all in a thrown around mess. So not well packaged. Some of the cakes had a good sell by date, others were a day! All in all very expensive dry cakes.

Absolutely delicious and really good value for money. Will absolutely be buying more!

DoughGirl has been a joyous discovery. I ordered a wonky box. My family got to try cookie pie slices. They were bigger than anticipated and my goodness - these tasted delicious! I will definitely be back for more.

Disappointed with delivery times though. Appreciate it’s preferred delivery date you are selecting, however having ordered well in advance it was disappointing that it came after the preferred date as it was for a birthday celebration

Just recently had my third order from dough girl everything always perfect and great price only issue I have is it’s never delivered on the date you chose

Extensive range of cakes at a reasonable price with deals. Very good for sending a gift to people who live away from local area. Will buy more with deals probably once a month or so.
