Didn’t find them very honest,said they had been sent on the chosen date for a friends birthday,didn’t arrive then got a notification from Royal Mail day after so obviously got sent later when I asked no reply then I read all the other reviews which I should of done I. The first place seems like they need to sort there timings out

Terrible customer service
Placed my order 16 days in advance of my chosen delivery date Friday 28th August. It is now 26th and my order has not been dispatched, no communication or update from the company. Messaged customer service for an update to be told items haven't been picked and packed yet and the delivery date cannot be guaranteed. Not sure why they offer chosen delivery dates if they have no intention of fulfilling them. I needed the items for a birthday gift which they are aware of, I have no use for them if they arrive late. Also we have a bank holiday on Monday so my items will likely be sitting in transit for days. Very disappointed and have requested my order to be cancelled..will get something local instead and remember to read reviews before ordering in future.

I can see the preferred delivery date within the order prior to cancelling was 28/08 (in two days time) meaning there was still time for the order to be packed and dispatched for this date with our 24 hour tracked shipping and as mentioned, the order was with the picking team being processed.
I can assure you our team work hard to get all orders completed and dispatched for the selected preferred delivery date and apologise that you felt that the order needed to be cancelled.

Late delivery but nice cookies
Order should have been delivered as a birthday present but didn't arrive until after 7pm the following day which was disappointing. Thankfully the cookies were very nice I'm told.
