Delivery arrived damaged but received a refund immediately - top customer service. What we could salvage was very tasty and we will purchase from here again.

The ingredients were great but the delivery company is really unhelpful. I got a message just before the latest time it would arrive saying it would be at least another hour. There's no way to track the delivery. The email said I had to download an app and the app requires access to all your email data, but ultimately had no tracking information so I had no idea when it was going to arrive and couldn't make other plans

Great dough! I ordered the napolitan style one. Not quite what I was expecting, the dough was steaky and a bit difficult to work with at the beginning but the pizza was delicious!!! I will be ordering again for sure

Great dough
I bought 6 of the new york style dough balls. All were fantastic and easy to use. The instructions they provide are really helpful as to how to best cook the pizza.

Love the concept, too much plastic
Love the concept, speed of delivery and pricing. My only complaint is the amount of single use plastic. I ordered 4 doughs which came with 6 plastic container pots. I would urge doughdealers to look at environmentally friendly alternatives.
I would not hesitate using regularly if this change was implemented.

We’re really glad you enjoyed the experience. We strive to be as sustainable as possible both through our delivery service but also our packaging (using Pedalme, brown paper bags, vegetable dye ink stamps etc.) Unfortunately we don’t control the packaging used by our pizzerias but we do encourage them on using sustainable alternatives such as Vegware – some of which do e.g. L’oro Di Napoli. We’re sorry our service didn’t quite meet your expectations this time and hope to deliver to you again. We’re continually reviewing how our service can be more sustainable and we’re glad to hear our customers feel as strongly about it as we do. Let us know if you’d like to talk about this further.

Good and Bad
Ordered normal and gluten free. Normal was delicious but the GF bases arrived broken in bits. To be fair I was refunded without my asking which was great customer service but it made for my wife and I having different meals. The normal dough did make a super delicious pizza though.

Great service, great price and really delicious products
