I love Dort Federal
I love Dort Federal! Have had my account there for several years now and always receive excellent customer service! This last visit I seen Tasha from the Pierson Rd location and she helped me get a credit card to help build my credit. She is absolutely amazing and will be my go to from now on, but everyone is great!!

Exceptional Service
My experience was quick. The teller was helpful, insightful, and very pleasant, even with the Covid restrictions. I don’t reside by a DFCU anymore and had to drive an hour to get to one, so not having to wait was great for me. I would never switch to a new credit union.

Dort has changed...not in a good way
I have done business with Dort for nearly two decades. Went in for a used car loan and was treated as if I was committing a criminal act. Zero consideration for my history with Dort or my current funds on deposit. The level of scrutiny I was subject to was unnecessary and counterproductive. Will be moving all our accounts (7 in total including two business accounts) elsewhere.

Poor customer service
Service was given in open lobby by receptionist. We made an appt for Member Services. It was impersonal and annoying.

Great service. Above and beyond
Great service. Would definitely recommend. I set up the appointment with what I needed to accomplish ahead of time. I was texted and emailed a confirmation of the appointment and I was in and out within 20 minutes. Awesome job.

I was in to get a Refinance on my Truck…
I was in to get a Refinance on my Truck and Amber suggested that I do the same with my Rockwood Trailer and also got a new Visa. She was very Kind and professional about the whole thing. I would recommend her to any one that needs Refinancing for anything.
