Gutted - Mothers Day Ruined
Gutted. Should have read the reviews first.
I bought a silk set of pyjamas for my wife as a Mother’s Day gift. We’re moving countries and Mother’s Day is a few days after we arrive so I wanted to go all out.
We cant really afford to spend this much on pyjamas but I splurged to make her feel special .
The site says they ship within 1 business day but I purchased express shipping just in case but a week later, still hasn’t even left.
Now it won’t arrive for Mothers Day.
Emailed them and just got an AI response, no customer service to speak of.
I guess they’re drop shipping out of China. Gutted.

Very disappointing returns process and poor transparency.
I was extremely unhappy to discover that return shipping costs were not made clear before purchase. Had I known returns would cost £8.95 via Royal Mail (the cheapest option) or over £18 with another courier, I would not have ordered at all. These are very high return fees, and this should be clearly stated on the website upfront so customers can make an informed decision.
The refund process is also unnecessarily long and inconvenient. Before even being allowed to return an unused item, I had to submit photos, explain my reason for returning it, and wait for approval. On top of that, the only return option required printing a label, which feels outdated and inconvenient. Many companies now offer simple QR code returns, so for such expensive return costs, I expected a much smoother and more customer-friendly process.
Overall, the lack of transparency, expensive returns, and overly complicated refund procedure made this a frustrating experience.

After finally being able to return my item, I now still got a voucher when explicitely asking for a refund. A voucher which, by the way, also has an end date.
The return process is extremely dreadful and this company does not care about customers or customer service.
Never buy from this site because it’s a big scam.

The order took over two months to be received. I received a partial order after two months. I had to send numerous emails and pictures to get my completed order. Finally after receiving the order I was sent the wrong colors. I was also asked to go to the carrier to get the order in a whole nother state from where I live. The total experience was horrible! This was totally unexceptible a complete disappointment.

Excellent products my daughter has…
Excellent products my daughter has purchased 2 sets of the pj's and I've purchased for her the lovely satin sleep mask, which I knew she wanted as she travels a lot with her business and it should help her get a good night's sleep.
