Was worried the bonnet would feel tight but it’s actually really light. Doesn’t pull on my edges either which is a big relief.

I like the sleep mask. Way better than others I have tried because it is adjustable. So important to be adjustable.Blacks out light.

These pajamas are actually really good for sleeping. They don’t twist or ride up during the night which used to drive me crazy. Fabric feels soft but still holds shape. I’ve been wearing them almost every night now

I’ve been waiting for over a week for my order, the tracking doesn’t work and it seems like it hasn’t even been dispatched. Customer service has been very poor.

Smooth but still stays in place somehow. I move a lot in my sleep and it doesn’t bunch up which is nice.

I toss around a lot when I sleep and the mask still stays put. No adjusting in the middle of the night which is huge for me. Finally something that just stays.

Returns are an absolute nightmare and over a month to process a return. The funny thing is that I was fine paying for return shipping for the flexibility rather than an exchange and and planned to order a different size, I just wanted to wait for the next sale so I could add more items. First you submit a return request, then several days to a week later they email you to say if you are approved to submit the request in another portal. I did that and it asked for photos, which I assumed were only if you were trying to get shipping waived by claiming it was damaged or wrong. Nope, that was denied. I then resubmitted with photos of each of the items. That was denied after a week claiming they were blurry (I looked back at what I submitted and they were crystal clear). I resubmitted it with new photos of the brand new items with tags from different angles. A week later and several more emails back and forth they approved it to go through another process. A few days after that I received an email with a gift card link for the amount minus return shipping. I clearly requested a refund and was within their return policy to request such, but they felt that even though I paid the return shipping (waived if you do an exchange) since I mentioned possibly ordering other items in the future, they felt a gift card should be fine. More emails back and forth and a few more days and they finally did refund me. I am happy to pay return shipping but am going to find something else for my wife for Mother's Day rather than making another order from them and enduring that nightmare if something doesn't fit or is wrong in the order.

I I did not know to care about a sleep mask this much. It just works. My lashes don’t get squished which is rare for me. I even forget I have it on half the time lol.

Really like how soft this sleepwear feels. Simple but good quality. It’s easy to relax in and doesn’t feel cheap at all. Just works.

Absolutely catastrophic,- I just wantet to return something but it is really a mess, always the same answers, ist is nearly impossible to send some items back,- the homepage is in german but nobody can answer in german. I will never never never order something again

Mask blocks light really well and helps me fall asleep quicker. I barely even notice it

It took 3 weeks to have a set of pajamas delivered!

I did not know much but everything just works. Sleep feels better, hair looks better, can’t complain.

I bought a silk set of pyjamas for my wife as a Mother’s Day gift. We’re moving countries and Mother’s Day is a few days after we arrive so I wanted to go all out.
We cant really afford to spend this much on pyjamas but I splurged to make her feel special .
The site says they ship within 1 business day but I purchased express shipping just in case but a week later, still hasn’t even left.
Now it won’t arrive for Mothers Day.
Emailed them and just got an AI response, no customer service to speak of.
I guess they’re drop shipping out of China. Gutted.
