Their products are fantastic, and the quality even more. On top of the products, I have to mention the costumer service - simply the best.

I don't usually like to order online clothing, specially snowboarding clothes that has different types of formats.

Dope snow always caught my eye due their great outfits, so I finally decided to take a shot. First I contacted them on the website chat, so they could explain me better the size guide and type of clothes (some are more skinny other more large). They provided me a label with all the info plus they were very detail oriented to tell me exactly the type of clothes, neverless all the time i spent making questions, they were very professional, polite and chill, keeping a great vibe and mood (got really impressed)

After my purchase I got contacted to know I was my experience but it was too soon (i was planned to ski the week after). Later on they contacted me again, and really follow up my experience.

Not only this experience made me feel secure, also made the whole experience warm, cool and friendly. The mood they keep and the work ethic they adopt is unreal.

If you think DOPE SNOW clothes are cool, let me tell you the customer service is even cooler. Wish all brands had 5% from Dope Quality Service. (thanks to Lamorna, Lukas, Tom and Laura - outstanding service, hats off)

Product was good and fast delivery, but ended up having to pay twice the amount when i didn’t recognize the third party involved in payment. (Klarna Bank) Since I wasn’t familiar with this type of payment, and was expecting a paper bill in the mail, i ended up paying more than twice the original price for the already expensive snowboard pants! Won’t be ordering from dopesnow again…😔

As a newbie in winter sports, I wanted something good but stylish, and Dope doesn't disappoint me! I placed my order at the last minute and arrived superfast (3 days). I was anxious, and I messaged the crew, for sure I'd never experienced such customer service: the best of the best! And trust me, I buy everything online! It was my first time on the slopes, which means I spent more time on the ground instead of the snowboard. Their gear is 100% waterproof! The style is amazing and extra comfortable! So if you want to feel great in your gear, chose to be Dope!

Excellent Company and products. I presume because they sell direct they can offer such technically good products at affordable prices. The design and quality of the garments is excellent with really good performance on waterproofing and breathability. I had a problem with the 2nd jacket I ordered from them recently and the response to resolve the issue was so quick and positive. A commitment to customer service you rarely see anymore. I would definitely recommend this company and their products.

The service is excellent, the delivery is ultra fast and the products are well thought out for the skier or snowboarder and the quality is super good.
In short, no matter how much I search, I have nothing negative to say!

Love all the clothes I got from dope snow, super comfy and soft.

Really happy with my notorious bib pants and my cozy II hoodie, used the fit finder and it was perfect, quality is amazing, can’t recommend enough

I had trouble with the delivery service where they did not bring my jacket..
This was a huge bummer but the customer service of dope snow was a great help and offered me a solution to every problem. Hands down the best customer service I have every experienced !

Had to give a shout out to DOPE snow…I have personally been loving their product. Just had a great experience with their customer service. I’m personally happy with their product, and they stand behind their product.

I bought some trousers a year ago - which I loved !) but had an issue with them and needed customer service support. I could not fault how Dope handled the issue - great contact and resolution to my problem. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be returning for more shopping.

During transit there was an issue with UPS delivery (not Dope’s fault) so I had to contact the Dope customer service. The communication was so impressive and so friendly, they got it sorted within 24 hours including 3 emails to me with updates and checking I was all good. Emily, Georgie and Mel - you’re doing a great job 😀. What I would say is make sure you order well in advance especially if in the UK as the stuff comes direct from Sweden. I know Dope have some haters out there but it’s some of the coolest gear around and their customer service is the best.

Amazing gear and service! I have pants and a jacket from them. High quality and very comfortable to wear. Unfortunately, the seam of the pocket of the jacket has come away and started to fray. I contacted Dope, they responded immediately. They sent me a new jacket for free with a return label so I could return the damaged jacket. I am very happy with their quick response and solution. I would definitely buy Dope gear again and absolutely recommend it!

Amazing products and quality. Placed 3 orders recently and extremely pleased with everything I purchased for myself and my son.
Had to return 2 items out of about 15 as I’d ordered in different colours and the customer service on the web chat was fantastic!!
Reasonably priced for premium products.
If I could change one thing it would be for them to offer a next day delivery or a quicker delivery than currently on offer.
