The customer service here was incredible and is the main reason I'll shop with them again. A special shout out to Sam who picked up my message on Christmas Eve and got replacements ordered when UPS had decided not to deliver my items. The fact they use UPS is the main reason I'll maybe not shop here again.
I'm also really happy with the items, it's the first time I've splashed out on some higher end gear so I'm glad they live up to expectations.

Not only do I LOVE my jacket - the customer service I experienced was incredible. I received the wrong size and they had the correct one in the mail next day. Everyone I have communicated with has been timely with responses and happy to help. They've made me a loyal customer for sure. Thank you!

I wish I could rate this higher. Customer service was by far the best I have ever received. Placed an order that got stalled by the courier company right before Christmas. Reached out to customer service and received a response quickly, a resolution within 30 minutes and a new product shipped expedited for free within the hour. Top notch!

I'm only leaving five stars because I can't leave more.
First things first, the customer service and communication from these guys I have found to be second to none. Nothing is too much trouble, whatever it is they are happy to sort and in this instance what needed sorting was my misunderstanding, no fault of theirs at all.

Secondly the gear is really nice quality and packaged in a really nice way. I'll be ordering again from Dopesnow without a doubt and wish nothing but good fortune for them. They're awesome.

Dope Puffer W Full Zip jacket is amazing! Quality is so good and it's so warm. :) I live in Lapland, so it's very suitable here when I go skiing in cold weather. :)

Never received my order December 2, 2024. There is no human customer service number. Only email responses allowed. I have sent them 3 replies to their robot email followup and via theirs site with no response. Cant recommend this company

I have purchased many items for Dope , Love there gear. UPS successfully managed to loose a pair of ski pants passing them to Poland , Germany etc ....when I live in the UK . off skiing and need ski pants , spoken to Dope Customer services , who immediately sent a replacement express delivery FOC ..... you guys rock , this was so good, no quibbling , you just did it - 5 Stars . UPS suck but Dope defo have customer at forefront of mind .... Thank you , thank you

I had a unique situation where my medical issues didn’t allow me to get on the slopes last year and I had just bought a new jacket. The jacket didn’t fit after my recover and I got in touch with Eric on the website chat option and he was the most helpful costumer service I’ve ever encountered thanks for helping me get a new jacket guys!

This company has really great products with decent pricing. I could not be more pleased with the fit material and design of the snowboard jacket that I got. Then add that their timing of delivery, updated shipping tracking, and overall customer service is stellar- new return customer and will highly recommend to anybody. Also their size recommendation tool is spot on!

I bought and used 2 of Dope's jackets and one pair of trousers. They're all VERY (and I stress it) good products. Comfortable, well-designed and good-looking.
I also appreciate the fact that they care for the environment by repairing and reselling used/damaged wares. Green kudos to Dope!
If you're thinking about buying something from their site you might also be interested by my buyers experience, which was absolutely premium. Everything arrived securely packed in a resealable package and on time, along with return label, thus I was able to easily return trousers that had wrong size after trying two pairs. This of course means that returns are totally free - so absolutely no thrills. Kudos no.2 to Dope.

First time buying from this brand but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone and I’ll be back again! The best customer service I’ve ever experienced from a brand, amazing communication, fast delivery, quick refund (as i had to size down) and again the most reliable and informative delivery updates too. Am so impressed with the seamless process from ordering to receiving my item.
As for the jacket, I LOVE it. Such good quality, so warm and I can’t wait to wear it on the slopes.

I ordered a full set for ski and the size was too large for me.
I contacted customer service and Jessica responded really fast (less than 10 mn)
She helped me with the procesd to send back the items and get the refund.
I then purchased again in size M and it was perfect.
The quality is really good for the price you pay. I think this will last me a long time.
I also got the soft hoodie and I love it I wear it all day long the material is really soft.

I ordered the wrong size Jacket, and I've used the live chat to ask questions about how to return it.
Even though Maria (the person who answered me in the chat) explained everything perfectly, I was able to make mistakes anyway.
After that, I came back to her and she solved everything in a fast and clear way.
Before this experience, I liked the brand and now I love it!!

Order the jacket Sunday arrived following Tuesday, paid for quick delivery as needed it for the weekend, Dope held up there end of the deal without any issues at all, jacket shipped from Sweden to Scotland in such a short space of time amazes me (tracker updated regularly). Jacket itself ticks all the box’s super happy with the service and the product all round. Couldn’t recommend more if you are on the fence thinking about the purchase. 👌

Super high quality clothes, quick and easy returns and the best customer service I've ever experienced.
They went above and beyond when I ordered a medium of ski trousers and they didn't fit but I told them I was in the process of returning them and was gonna order the next larger pair. They posted the new pair out without charging me for the bigger size. It was nice to be trusted and it arrived just in time for my ski season in Canada.
Can't praise them enough!

My brother gave me one of there jumpers as a present as he had one and loved it. He got me a small as I am a size 8 and most of the jumper fits really nicely and its so warm and comfortable but the sleeves are super short! Is this just something they are known for? I don't think up sizing is the answer because the rest of the jumper fits perfectly but the sleeves need to be about 2/3 inches longer.
