I bought a new sofa on saturrday from your Beautiful store, and had a great experience thanks to Ian Parr.
He was friendly, helpful and definitely not pushy. Which made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Ian Parr took time to answer all my questions and reservations about quality of the fabric I was ordering. Made me feel confident that id chosen the right sofa for my home. Excellent customer service from Ian parr, cant wait for the arrival of my new sofa

We had a good no mither look round found the item we wanted asked the salesman Ian and he gave us every detail about the product we then went on to purchase a top draw product for not much more money

Very happy with this sofa! It feels sturdy, and is really comfortable. The quality is great for the price, and it fits perfectly in my living room. Dave was super helpful & friendly throughout the whole process. Overall, I would definitely recommend the store & Dave to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable sofa, with great service.

Great place and fantastic range on show. Jason was great to deal with. Offered us a drink on arrival as it was such a hot day. He explained a few things then let us get on looking with the occasional check in. Once we chose what we wanted Jason helped move things from other areas to put together a great combo.
Got a good deal and went away happy. Recommended

I would highly recommend Doorway To Value. The prices are right, the showroom enormous with something I think, for everyone! I had seen what I wanted online & over a cup of tea & a sit on my future sofa Jason checked measurements & offered knowledge and advice until I was happy to proceed with this purchase. Am counting the days to delivery!

My wife and I visited the store last weekend looking to buy a corner sofa. we ended up buying a corner sofa and snuggle chair. So much excellent choice in store and the service from both John and Ian was spot on. Knowledgeable, friendly and attentive, whilst allowing us space to browse in our own time. David Thomson helped us with ordering our sofa. Couldn’t have been anymore knowledgeable or helpful. We needed to make a few changes at times which he was more than happy to also help with. Couldn’t have had any better service.

Fantastic customer service from Dave Thomson from start to finish. He went the extra mile. He made our experience of buying the sofa, getting it delivered and the old one taken away totally painless. Professional, friendly, great attention to detail and with a sense of humour. The sofa was excellent value too. Highly recommended.

Always a pleasant experience when visiting Doorway to Value. They have a great selection of furniture and, unlike some companies I could mention, no sales pressure as soon as you walk in the door! John Edwards assisted us with the purchase of a dining table and was very helpful, knowledgable and patient during our numerous visits before we finally decided on the one we wanted.

We visited Doorway to Value recently to get an idea of the colours and styles of suites available. Steven Corns was so helpful from the very start. He explained which fabrics were available for different makes of sofa and gave us advice on where to find the styles we thought we were looking for. He then gave us time and space to try out the many styles available and was on hand once we finally settled on one. As different sizes were available Steven provided a print out of dimensions so that I could do some final measurements at home before returning a few days later to place the order. Steven helped again with choosing cushion colours. The admin was swiftly completed and l look forward to delivery after I finished my decorating.
I was also grateful to his colleagues for their help and for the coffee.
