Dealing with Dan was an effortless experience, amazing service, thanks Dan! I tried a few other door places before Doorstation and was asked to either send an email or no call back but Dan at Doorstation was amazing, never experienced such helpful and fast service! Scratch on door despite replacement
Our garden door was delivered with a large scratch. We had it replaced twice but it returned with scratches each time. No idea why this keeps happening, but it is extremely annoying and disruptive.

We've spoken directly with the suppliers throughout, and have since relayed everything to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
Since the original door arrived scratched, a new one was sent out and delivered within 5 days. Unfortunately, the replacement also had a scratch so a third door was sent out straight away and arrived with you yesterday - which was delivered direct from LPD so we were unable QC it. I appreciate the process has been frustrating but I'm glad we were able to resolve the issues within 2 weeks of your original delivery. If you have any further issues with these orders, please let us know.
Whilst we take full responsibility for the service you receive, there are unfortunately some things out of our control but in the event of such we will endeavor to put them right. We hope that this final door that you have kept does match your expectations.

The service was generally good but I felt that the delivery cost was excessive at £50. I was also disappointed that the delivery guy wasn’t able to take the doors upstairs as he said he wasn’t insured.
