Director of 8 year old marquee company Stretch Event Productions ltd, Alex was in the running for a busy summer of marquee rigging. However with the events industry on the brink of extinction and lockdown eminent we thought fast and on our feet. Diversifying tents into fruit and veg delivery, why not? Door Knock Drop was born. Avid foodies and big eaters we thought fresh fruit and vegetable delivery boxes could be a stop gap path until events returned. 7 weeks later we are still at it and enjoying each day as we learn new skills, meet wonderful new people and feast on delicious leftover stock.

As I explained in the email response when you emailed over your slight issue you had with the box selection - we have standardised the essentials staple box as it is to be used as more of a top up box and it has a list outlined on our website with the full list of essential staple items that now come inside the box. I'm very saddened that you did not enjoy the box this time around and as I mentioned in my email we would absolutely love to give you some extra treats in a new order if you wish to place one . Fabulous
Fabulous! Lots of lovely fresh produce delivered to my daughter's hard to find flat, without my fuss whatsoever. It was fantastic to be able to organise a delivery to my daughter when she was recovering from surgery and I was unable to travel to see her. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent fresh fruit and veg
I stumbled across Door Knock Drop on Instagram when I was looking for food delivery companies, as I had been struggling to get supermarket delivery slot. So far we've had two boxes of fruit and veg - on both occasions the produce was top quality and super fresh! The sourdough bread was also ready good, and didn't last long in our house! Also, their free same-day delivery offering was a massive tick in my book.
