I absolutely HATE this company

I absolutely HATE this company. They delivered 2 overpriced cups of soup while I was ill and the driver had them turned on their side. When I opened the plastic bag all of the soup had spilled and ruined everything else in the bag. I had to toss $50 worth of food in the trash. After being transferred to 10 different people they decided to compensate me with a $5 credit. I’d rather starve than use these idiots again. Too bad there is not an option for zero stars!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN

So I placed an order of $25 even I was assigned to 5 different dashers and the last 2 were nice enough to let me know that the restaurant is closed one of them providing me with a photo. I contacted support in regards to that order and can you believe they were only able to refund me $8.64 out of $25!!!! Meaning $16.36 went to an order that was never made, an order that was never picked up nor delivered!!!!! What a freaking rip off!!!! I canceled my dash pass and deleted the account as well as deleted the app you guys are dead wrong for that!!!!

DoorDash is terrible My wife ordered a meal for doordash which cost $78.23 I was just coming from work My food never arrived and I tried to call the driver no answer yet on the DoorDash app it says my delivery is complete there was no picture our door was open at home waiting on the driver he never showed I called DoorDash doordash says they're going to try to contact the driver but never did on top of it they offered to give me $39.11 back for my order of which I paid $78 and 23 cent for not understanding how this could go on with different people as I read other reviews this is terrible and how can DoorDash just let this go on and not refund people money they offer to refund me $39.11 of which I have not seen and then I look on my wife's app and it's a credit I never asked for a credit I asked from all of my money back I never got to order so I should have all my money back 7823 then the manager was no help he tells me to wait 3 to 4 hours for someone to contact me back to resolve the situation I still have not gotten a call from them with it all been said they took all of my money I got nothing to eat and I'm sitting with a $39 credit of which I don't want to use because I never got my food how can door dash let something like this go on I have reported it to the better Business bureau and now reporting it to you they have gotten my vote to read or dash alone there are a bunch of scams.

The HORRIBLE commercials

I am watching Stephen Colbert. The door dash commercial comes on line dancing thru a door. The volume is so damned loud we have to mute it. I am sick to death of seeing/hearing it. To the point, I will NEVER order door dash. NEVER. How dare you ruin every time I watch The Late Show. .

Would give zero stars if it would let me- once again they screwed me over on my dinner and order.... canceled it for driver issues... wth is that ,, find a different fn driver.. cancel my order at 9pm

Totally screwed up

Totally screwed up. I ordered two items. They didn’t deliver the items and took the money. How is this okay? I deleted the app and complained to corporate and heard so many bad things about DoorDash. Never again. Worst experience!!

Worse customer service

Worse customer service. Can never get to my home in a timely manner. I pay for dashpash and don't see any perks or incentives to pay more money monthly. Tried to get an order for taco bell took my 44 dollars never places my order called door dash customer support was yelled at given the run around then lied and said my card declinded however they can refund the money back in 5-7 days. How I'd you never took the money in the first placed have asked for multiple supervisors and the cooperation to return my call with no success if I could leave no stars I would also recommend for everyone to discontinue using door dash as the food is always cold overpriced with crazy fees and a dashpass member I shouldn't be charged extra fees per advertisement.. Worst company. Devilcorp 👹

DoorDash Scam

I placed an order through DoorDash, was charged for it, and the food never arrived. On top of that, I even pay for DashPass, and customer service was absolutely no help. Very disappointing experience and terrible customer support. I paid for something I never received and nobody solved the issue.

The experience was horrible

The experience was horrible. I was staying in Tennessee and a hotel with my daughter and grandson. We did not want to go out so we ordered it took a long time to get test and when it did, it was cold that I said melted in the drink, and it was a horrible meal will never again never did get a refund or reimbursement or anything setback from the company

Late and Cold

The DoorDash delivery was 25 minutes late so the food was cold.
We noticed a dodgy practice where the food is ready but there's no driver available, so they keep pushing the delivery time out to the point they say the food isn't ready anymore, when a driver is finally available suddenly the food is ready again.
Obviously it's the original food, not fresh stuff, we had chicken and pork that arrived at just over 40 deg C.
This shonky mob shouldn't be allowed to operate in Australia!

DoorDash should really be canceled for…

DoorDash should really be canceled for the way they treat their customers. They allow drivers to pick up many orders at once causing some of their customers to take a loss with cold food, wrong items, and even missing items. Cold food traveling around the world then delivered to me is insane. Food prices are ridiculously too high for these types of games.

Dear DoorDash Support Team,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a recurring issue with my recent orders. This evening, for the third time in forty days, my order was canceled after the driver failed to deliver the food. They kept it for themselves. Anytime you take something that does not belong to you it's called stealing. And last I checked stealing was against the law.

Despite previous assurances from support that refunds would be processed for these incidents, I have yet to receive any of the funds. I was informed again tonight that I must wait an additional 5–10 business days for a resolution. This repeated failure to deliver services or provide timely refunds is unacceptable.

I request that you expedite the refund for and address the ongoing security and service issues within your delivery network. Please provide confirmation once the refund has been successfully processed.

Disappointly submitted

P.S. I still have the email correspondence and I am willing to print them out and display them And they do have the names of the managers That said they would send The refund. Last I checked If you said something And didn't do it Or did something different It's called a lie, lies are unethical

Horrible service

Horrible service. The driver delivered my order to the completely wrong apartment and took a photo proving the error. Even with clear photographic proof of their mistake, DoorDash support and supervisor refused to issue a refund, claiming their system cannot override the denial. They charged me for groceries I never received

DoorDash needs a stronger notification…

DoorDash needs a stronger notification system when an order is being picked up. Customers should be clearly informed if their driver has multiple stops before delivering their food. If there is an option to pay for “direct to you” delivery, the app should make that more visible and suggest it when multiple stops are expected.
It can be frustrating to pay delivery fees and wait while food gets delayed because the driver is completing other deliveries first. A clear notification would help customers make an informed choice, especially if they want their food delivered faster and fresher. DoorDash should be more transparent about delivery routing and give customers an easy option to upgrade to direct delivery before the food is picked up.

DoorDash Corporate

I've used DoorDash for several years and have found the majority of dashers as kind and professional. The problem is at the corporate level, mostly. I ended up not receiving an order on which I spent $30. After a few calls and rejections, I had to go through my bank to dispute the money spent. I called to let DoorDash know and the representative had no concern whatsoever. I have deleted my app and will never use DoorDash again. I am a generous tipper, as well. Hope that another dissatisfied customer is worth it.

DOORDASH SUCKS

Just how many times do i have to complain about the same issue. The drivers they hire should be pushing strollers or better yet in strollers because they can't read instructions and they leave hot food on cold stone porches. The person i spoke with on the phone was no better than the lousy driver. He offered me a $15 credit. How nice of him, but he didn't say it was a credit off on my next order. What next order?? I'm tired of coomplaining. I'll pick up my food instead of paying $50 for a pizza delivery. Doordash SUCKS use a different service.

If I could give them less than one star , I would.They literally showed me one price that I was going to be charged.And I ordered my meal and then they added more money onto it.After that is theft, I didn't get part My order and when I called in. They refuse to give me a refund on the part of the order that I did not receive.They charged me fees that they should have charged me.And when I asked why these fees were on the person, first told me, they had no idea then they told me it was a processing fee to process the process, which made absolutely no sense.And I asked them to explain that.And he said, you know, the process, no I don't know.The process, what process are you talking about?And he said the process so gave no explanation on why they charged me more.There was no process that they had to do.And when you order something, and they give you the amount of 66.95 is what you're going to be charged.And you say, yes, and you place the order for the food, they are not allowed to change it 81.05 because they want extra money the customer service is rude.They do not want to help you.They just want to tell you, nope, we can't do that.Nope, we're not gonna do that nope.Yeah, well, I would never order from them again

Received a damaged personal-care…

Received a damaged personal-care product through DoorDash. The shampoo arrived with a cracked cap and leaked throughout the bag, wasting a large portion of the product. I provided multiple clear photos showing the broken cap, leakage, and damaged condition, yet my refund request was denied.

What made the experience worse was having to contact support multiple times just to get someone to properly review the case. A leaking personal-care product should not be treated as acceptable delivery.

Very disappointing customer service experience.

Door have driver's in Bakersfield and…

Door dash have driver's in Bakersfield and L.A with speeding tickets and 3 points . Ashli Alvarado aka George drinks and drives speeding and picks in her nose while doing deliveries she haves a musty smell every other delivery, she steals items so the customers can report it stolen and the customers doesn't get refunded she's been working for doordash 5 years she knows how to manipulate the system I've reported her 3 times nothing have been done about it
