I ordered a lamp from Dooleys furniture and had a really good experience. I got a call a couple of hours after I placed my online order to confirm the order and to inquire whether it was convenient for me if the delivered the item within 2 days. Fantastic! Item arrived when indicated and is exceptional quality. Really happy with the service and I would shop here again without hesitation.

Easy to order and received next day.

I order a mirrored bedside cabinet from the website. I had done a lot of research and found this to be the cheapest on the net, almost half of Next! I received an email to confirm the order, which also gave an estimated delivery time.

I then received a phone call a few days before the delivery to confirm all was ok, which I thought was a nice personal touch.

Item got delivered to me and I was a bit concerned about any damage as it was mirror, but I didn't have to worry as the item was really well packaged. Would definitely use again.

I ordered a blanket box just before Christmas last year, and after a failed delivery the first time (my fault), the delivery was re-scheduled and I had someone at the house but the driver didn't turn up. He actually parked at the top of my road, I tried to call him but he never picked up.
Unfortunately at the start of the year my mum was involved in a horse riding accident which left her with a broken spine. I was then made her carer and obviously chasing a wooden box was not my top priority. When I started to look at my finances again I realised I had been charged for the box but it was never actually delivered. I spoke to the director and also exchanged a couple of emails with a sales lady, but all contact from Dooley's has now stopped, they are not responding to emails or trying to contact me in anyway !
I understand it was 5 months after my order was 'supposedly delivered' but I would have thought some thought would have been given because of my situation, but there was non! I have had the same issue with another furniture company and they have been fantastic, they looked into it straight away and I was sent out the piece of furniture I should have received! All I wanted from Dooley's was to find out what happened and why the delivery driver said my order was delivered when it wasn't, but they have made little effort which has now resulted it my review.
Maybe they will actually respond now !!

Excellent service. We were offered free next day delivery, living in West Wales this is not commonplace especially with large heavy items. The price was considerably cheaper than other websites but reasonable. The lamp itself is a statement piece, I would ensure you have sufficient space in the room to display it! It gives a nice warm glow when switched on.

I ordered mirrored bedside cabinets and matching chest of drawers, they are beautiful and the quality is excellent. The packaging was amazing, there was no way they were going to be damaged in transit.

The shelf arrived on time and it is perfect for our baby's room. The quality is outstanding - the best we've seen in the UK! The price is brilliant! You simply can't beat the value for money on this product. The service we received from the company was outstanding and, unlike any other company, they delivered on the weekend at a specific time, which suited us perfectly. The delivery date and time was confirmed beforehand by a phone call too. Cannot recommend this company or their products any more!

We had seen a large aged wall clock in a local shop but was quoted 8 weeks delivery - found the same one on Dooleys web site and it was delivered 3 days later. Wonderful.

Easy to order and communication from dooleys when the table was going to arrive. The delivery was,fantastic as a date and short delivery slot was given. The driver called the evening before and informed me that he would be there early next morning and he was true to his word 7.30am! Well done dooleys and kinetic.

Dooleys were excellent. I ordered 3 stools, they didn't come into stock on the date expected but the very helpful guy I spoke to managed to get 2 to me the very next day, and they phoned a week later to say they had more and I received the 3rd the next day. Brilliant delivery service and excellent customer service. When I called and no one picked up they called me back - can't fault this company at all.

Friendly, efficient service. Value for Money, quality furniture with excellent delivery both in-house and from suppliers.

We bought a white wood surround mirror with fretwork top and bottom. it looks great on the wall although we changed the fixing. It had 2 loops to hang it from, but we fitted four plates to be secure and flat on the wall and ensure it did not move.
Took a while to arrive but worth the wait.

After having quality and delivery problems with another supplier I contacted Dooleys who provided an excellent service from quotation, to delivery, and quality. The Oak hi-fi cabinet was delivered quicker than quoted and they kept in touch to advise delivery time which they met.

I would have no reservations in recommending and will return for future purchases.
