Really quick and efficient service and great stools.

We are very pleased with the stools we purchased. They look very attractive in the kitchen and we have lots of comments. As we have an oak floor the stools in time may scratch the floor so I put some felt on the bottom of the legs to prevent this.

Lovely lamp, £60 cheaper than seen elsewhere, good communication with regards to delivery, came when it should, beautiful lamp very pleased.

Item dispatched from shop quickly but not received so quickly owing to ridiculously disorganised and unhelpful courier. Eventually found a date they would deliver when I could be home and they only sent one person to deliver a massive solid wood desk on a sack trolley! Lucky it was well packaged or it would have been destroyed by the poor broke trying to get it over my doorstep singlehandedly.

I bought some items from the mirrored furniture collection. I was reluctant about buying this online as I have had issues with damaged furniture from other retailers in the past.
The range of furniture was amazing as was the price! The product arrived and was packaged so well. The product was also really good quality. It felt so solid and expensive. I'll be back to buy some more for the rest of the house.

I ordered a white self for the nursery.No problems with ordering or delivery.Shelf was delivered Friday and I had someone booked in for some work on Saturday.When we opened the shelf packaging, the area around the hooks had chipped paint and there were quite a few other areas, here and there with a similar problem.As I had already paid for the shelf to be put up as well and the cumbersome method for returns and replacement on the website, we just decided to keep the item but will think twice before using the company again.

I ordered two bedside units and they are really lovely. Good quality furniture at an excellent price. They came very well wrapped and are exactly as shown in the pictures. Very pleased.

We never received a product that met the description. First delivery never arrived (claimed it was at the carriers depo, but they didn't have it at the local one), second item delivered but broken.

Customer services, said they would call back, but it weren't the most helpful.

Ended up with a refund, and found product elsewhere cheaper to boot!

I was slightly worried about whether the barstools I ordered would arrive within the couple of weeks of order, however I need not have worried, they arrived within the first week when they said they would. Good product, I would recommend!

the staff are very helpful,they have a wide range of furniture ,wished i could buy more ,delivery is very good ,you get a phone call telling you a near enough exact time your order will be delivered ,also the delivery man was lovely very well mannered and took all packaging away for me .
