This service is a scam and will bill you a monthly subscription fee without your approval. The people running this site should be behind bars

I am SHOCKED !! I had paid $2000 to a true scam company called Gearbubble for a done for you website stocked with products. They guaranteed at least 1 sale in 90 days, but claimed I would have many more than that, if I didn't get a sale they had a double your money back GUARANTEE ! They said they would do everything including advertise, Well after 90 days nothing, I gave them an extra 30 days still nothing so I wrote them and asked for my refund. They don't have a phone number. I got an email from some chick named Daisy saying "We generated one sale for you for the campaign Dog mom custom mug in Aug, 2021. The sale was from our traffic" I got the store April 21st. So unless I can't count that was more than 90 days. I wrote back and told her that and after that every email I set was ignored. I was PISSED. I went to my bank BofA ( worthless bank) and tried to do a chargeback telling them I didn't get what was promised. They told me they don't do chargebacks after 90 days . Go figure, Don Wilson the CEO of Gearbubble knew this. So his guarantee was a scam from the start. ANYWAY I saw donotpay and thought why not ?? I sent them my receipts and the same info I had sent to BofA and DAMN if I didn't get a refund. I did only get the original cost $1995 back not double but I got it in 6 weeks and I had been trying for almost a year. So if they couldn't do what you needed you either didn't give them the info needed or you really didn't deserve it. Thanks Donotpay
Donotpay.com is clearly a scam and,I am glad I looked here to see reviews before considering them. Its bad enough that so many people have been cheated out if airline credit by Expedia, but then these low lives add to it by compounding peoples losses.

I'm not sure yet? I paid for it on a whim, but now I'm starting to regret it a little. I'm not convinced it's worth the $$? I understand the concept, and I do most of my financial transactions online. My question is: Does the app do anything on it's own, as it has access to my emails, etc, or does nothing happen unless I am actually proactive, and prompt it to look into something
This is a complete SCAM! I tried signing up for a free trial and was charged TWICE for the fee. I want a full refund of both of these charges and my account must be closed as I have not attempted to use any of your services. I have also contacted my bank to report DoNotPay and have disputed these transactions.
DO NOT SIGN UP.

Hi, Joyce!
I WANT TO CANCEL MY DEBIT CARD IMMEDIATELY
I know that this is probably you reading this since you seem to be responding to all of these messages.
If I am not contacted about getting a refund and canceling my current debit card ASAP,i will not stop sharing this scam on every social media and sending it to famous channels and social media pages and i will not stop messaging you..
I will campaign against you..

look any company that's asking for your bank acc details before even offering any proof or information, i always check reviews, JOYCE wow you must be one busy woman who never sleeps a wink and there is no way it can be run by just you, no one is actually replying to these people, joyce doesnt exist, hence the generic messages, and the fact they just offer refunds and but offer to actually solve the issue.this has SCAM written all over it. Í had a good readover their page and its just screams red flags and the real reviews, not the paid for ones show this to be true. Another piece of rubbish person trying to scally wag good honest peopleout of thier hard earned money, This site should be closed down.

Not able to solve as promised.
I paid to get a problem solved on Indiegogo, where I paid for a fraud. I have bought a guaranteed Scooter and so did about 200 others.
I did not get it and I wanted my money back, since this was a fraud on Indiegogo.
Now DoNotPay was an option for me, as I wrote on their website.
I paid and they contacted Indiegogo.
The only thing I got out of this, was a new reply from Indiegogo as I already received 10 times before.
So NO help in getting my money back.

I don't know if it's a scam or simple incompetence but burner number service is unable to skip Gmail verification. I demanded a charge back

Complete scam. I've tried multiple things on their list of things to do and none of them have resulted in anything tangible. For example, I used the site to dispute a refund with an airline. DoNotPay told me the issue was resolved, gave me a confirmation number and everything. Problem is that it wasn't resolved, I never received my refund or any follow up from the airline. If you want additional assistance you have to pay even more to "upgrade" your subscription, without any sort of guarantees that any of the things will work. The legal documents you can access are all freely available as templates on Google. This site and app are a complete waste of money, I really do not understand where the postive reviews come from. I've tried using it for 2 years with 0 success. They collect a TON of your personal and financial information as well.

I used this app to verify a google email account that I didn’t want my number attached to. It worked like a charm! Donotpay makes life Simpler.
They have helped me with so many tasks; it is truly unbelievable. They offer a host of tasks. I highly recommend it. They are also a reputable company.
Well .. I was literally minutes away from creating an account with this so-called "service" which apparently I referred to it as service ironically because other than charge ppl $ and rip everyone off only bc they do nothing.... NOTHING AT ALL. Luckily I took a second to check out the legitimacy of their service by checking on the reviews... And thankful I did bc I came here to this site and started to read them ... Got half way down the page and read all the positive reviews... REALIZED THEY ARE ALL CLEARLY WRITTEN BY THE SAME PERSON WHICH IS INCREDIBLY OBVIOUS... ( They use the exact same decent Grammer, punctuations the ( - ) you can find in a majority of reviews, they all have the same kind vocabulary of average intelligence ..) idk it's just to obvious... I get to the second page and finally come to find that's where the bad reviews start... It's funny and disgusting because they clearly bombarded this page with all their positive self reviews so that all the negative ones wouldn't be seen unless you went on to view the second page .. where you begin to find all the REAL REVIEWS OF PISSED OFF PPL WHO SADLY TRUSTED A TRASHY COMPANY WHO DOES NO REAL WORK BUT RIP PPL OFF ALL DAY... you know, it's just .. it's sad. It's pathetic. And I'm sure again they will self review themselves all the way back up to the top to make this review disappear like the others... But if I can discourage one person from making the mistake of trusting them, I'll be happy cuz I done my job and this time here was well worth it. Thanks.

They promise to help you get your Instagram account back but can’t. They say they send a letter on your behalf, but you don’t know if they actually do it, or where it went. No response from IG. Nothing different than me trying to appeal myself. False hope and overhyped app. Possibly even a scam.

Obviously, the only positive reviews come from the owner of the website. It seems as soon as he goes to sleep, the remainder of the reviews are all negative and come from the general public. It's sad that the site was started with good intention, and then fell for their own trap, by becoming the trap.

They took £26.00 out my account when I didn't even use the service. Not to mention I cancelled it a day after. Yep scammers.
I should've read the reviews prior to using this "service", I'm usually much better about these things...
The red flag for me was how much incredibly sensitive information they ask for to use even the most basic of their services. Phone number, address, social security number, employment information, etc.
The cherry on top? The "services" they provide don't even work :) It's also really cool how there's not even an option to delete your account. Of course, I'm guessing they want make it as difficult as possible to break away by forcing you to email customer support to handle even the most basic of requests. And as noted by many others online, doing that will likely accomplish nothing. I'm not looking forward to having to cancel my card to prevent charges I didn't agree to (yes I read the fine print), but so be it. Predatory and anti-consumer, stay far away.

I signed up a couple of years ago and never got ANY benefit for the service (the initial review found nothing, and after that they just charged me every month to do nothing). I admittedly had forgotten about it, and when I recently logged in, I discovered that my original monthly subscription fee (which they have been charging me every month), no longer has any benefits. Instead, the app requires me to "upgrade" to $36/quarter to access anything in my account. WHAT A SCAM!
