My situation has just being realised!! They just realised that it has been cancelled two months after I ordered the item. They ask me whether to get a refund or they will send the item again. I said “ refund “ and they do it as they said by transfer my money back into my account. Now, I don’t know for thise of you who face the same situation as me, but as far as I can see this company might try to improve. However, I still don’t have the trust on them. Just beware whenyou are about to purchase something

They have lots of really nice stuff, but oh boy, orders are sometimes over a month late to destination. If you dont have a problem with that its acceptable experience.

My slim fit baseball jacket arrived but it was smaller number. Luckily they were good enough to send me right size after so all was OK at the end.

Item was a little late but we straighten it up with customer service. My hooded t- shirt arrived alive and well and its ready for use. Price was fine so dont complaining.

They have really great selection of t- shirts. Really nice patterns and price is cheap and so is the quality. Delivery time is little problem though, but if ou dont mind waiting you are getting nice stuff for your money.

Terrible quality! I ordered an xl jacket for my son. It fit like a small or medium. The material was hideous and looked nothing like the online picture.

Ordered very nice business dress shoes. Size fits, they are really great for business occasions and love them. Only complain is big delivery time but its OK.

I didnt had an issue with clothes or sizes, they offer nice clothes on very good price but delivery time is a problem, waited month and a half for an item.

This company has provided the good and fast shipping services for every customer and already I got my order less than two weeks and really I like very much.

I ordered a blazer in December and didn't get my purchase until February. The size I received was wrong and when I went to get a refund, they tried to convince me to hold onto my product and they'll give me a 20% refund because of the high costs to return items by post to China. However the product wouldn't fit me so wasn't any good so I sent it back which cost me an extra 15euro. After I sent it back and explained to their customer service staff of the situation, I got no response and I keep emailing them without any response since February.

I Would highly recommend people not to purchase on this website because once you order, It'll take months for your product to arrive, the product might not be what you ordered and once you payed, your money is gone.

My order never arrived, and I did not receive an answer after sending emails with images where my order was canceled, stolen my money

The condition of the clothes was really disappointing garbage
It is not very different from the photo, and the delivery is slow.

I am once again disappointed in China and will never visit this site again
I hope many people do not read this site properly

Perfect customer service, really quick responds on my emails and helpful staff. Great price deals for hoodies also.

Delivery was on time, I waited less then 7 days and shipping was for free. Great deals for jackets.

Dono Mano trousers are my favourite to buy. My last order was Conetta pants and I just love them. Comfortable but chic!

I love my Granello hoodie with black sleeves. Denim detail is incredible stylish and cool. Material is nice also.
