Avoid this company? total scam

Size and products are very inaccurate!! A “Large” = XXS and the shirts look nothing like advertised wasted $150 no happy

Eight Items bought six did not fit. They had no labels to show the true size requested. When asked to return the items they kept saying the company will loss and its better to keep them since it will cost me more in shipping cost than the value of the itmes (they offered to send a t-shirt free). It was unpleasant experianc.

Damn it they got me good lol I bought a shirt for 50$ and later I found the same exact shirt on SHEIN for $18. I feel so dumb 🤦🏻‍♂️ Oh well live and learn never buying from Instagram ads again.

If I can give less then one start I will, Avoid this company at all costs. The “premium” clothing they advertise is cheap, poor-quality rubbish. When I asked for a refund, they told me to return everything to the USA at my own expense and tried to pressure me into accepting a tiny partial refund instead. After opening a chargeback, they even asked me to close it. This company is a scam — don’t fall for it like I did.

The worst clothing company ever.
I ordered 4 shirts which I thought would be good in quality, which cost me slightly less than 400 SEK (35$) each. In stead I received 4 shirts which I would not even buy if they were 50SEK (5$) each. They are pure synthetic and I will need to trow them after wearing them once.
I'm trying to return them but they are trying to let me pay for the return. Which would cost me money and they are feeding me with this BS that they lose money when I return. I lose more when I need to pay for the return. Then one of their employees actually offered me a prepaid return label. But the next email I get they are say no we cannot do this. Again saying this BS about losing money. I am now looking for the legal steps I could take since they did now gave me a contractual agreement by email of getting a prepaid return label.

I ordered on Sept 21st. It's now October 6th and the tracking hasn't updated since the 29th. This is ridiculous. I just hope I can actually wear the item once it arrives! IF IT ARRIVES!!

Quality is awful. Tag just says “100% polyester”. Sizes are too small and impossible to return. Also took forever to ship. Do not order!!!!

Absolute SCAM.
Sizes are completely wrong. Quality poor and when asked to return they want more money to send out different sizes. Not offering refund. Stay away.

The wrong size and color shirts were delivered multiple times. The sizes were highly irregular; it looked like various sizes had been shipped. And size tags were removed from the shirts. So there was no way to validate their true size. I informed support of the issue, and they said they would send a new order. However, they charged a $34.99 delivery fee to ship it. They sent the wrong items, yet I was charged to rectify the situation. That is the epitome of poor customer service. Once I received the new order, three of the four shirts were still the wrong size, and two shirts were the wrong color. I emailed support multiple times, but I never received a follow-up response.

I placed an order on the 07 August 2025 and still haven't received tracking information. I will call my bank today and dispute this charge. This feels like a scam to me.

This company absolutely sucks!!!! I still have not received my order. Continue writing about my order and get excuses about taking longer than expected. They can’t even provide a tracking number to see if they actually sent it. It’s a scam and I’ll never order from them again!

Do not buy. Terrible quality. Came with defects. Washed once and letters are coming off. Don’t waste your money

Online this company is stating to be from Cedar City, UT or Canada.. this company is from China and the quality of these shirts were down right horrible.. do not buy from here.. you will not be able to conduct a return.

Sizes are way off.. shirts were bad quality and doesn't fit.

ordered a men's top and short set, that still has not arrived. Contacted them and they advised it was in transit and may take longer than expected, emailed them again as it had still not arrived and they have gone radio silent and are not replying. It would seem they do not care once they have your money

Poor quality and next to impossible when you want to return. Waste of money and will be going in the bin.

I ordered a simple lock and key choker necklace from this company, and I didnt get tracking info til 2 weeks in when I requested it. A month after I ordered it I emailed asking what's taking so long and was told it was finally being shipped. Then when the item was in my apartment complex it was "returned to sender" on the tracking info because of "inadequate address". I emailed the company asking why and they emailed me back to confirm the address, but it was too late by then. Destroyed by the usps and then the company said they could ship another for a $15 fee. I told them that they will pay that and not me because it was their incompetence that led to this issue in the first place and they outright refused to do anything about it. I will never go through this company again, and I would urge everyone to search elsewhere for products you see on this companies website

Received invalid tracking numbers and never received merchandise. Site is a total scam.

Several weeks and have yet to receive my order. This is the worst experience ever. I will never order from this company again! Ridiculous!!!
