Lasted all of 5 minutes,then the leg came off shortly followed by the head !
Waste of money

Apart from the classic kong toy(shaped like russian matrioshka), which is solid rubber, I'm not happy with the quality of their toys. Red tennis like ball is actually weaker than the actual real tennis ball. Not to mention that the price of the Kong one is much higher than the actual tennis ball. My 19 weeks old puppy made a hole in it within few minutes and nearly swallowed large piece of rubber. No more Kong for us I'm afraid. I would not recommend it.

Really disappointed always bought Kong toys for Beau our young English Springer and never disappointed until now. Actually disappointed is putting it mildly l was both disappointed and shocked at how quickly the gyro ball came apart in pieces and l had to prise pieces of plastic out of Beau’s mouth, would have to seriously consider if buying Kong toys again this happened less than 24 hours after buying the toy

Pet shop recommended a KONG tough squeaky toy and said it would be hard to get the felt off. In 20 minutes the toy was wrecked. I wrote to KONG and their customer service was outstanding. They replied within a day and explained the toy we’d purchased wasn’t suitable for all types of chewing and recommended a rubber classic toy. They also replaced our toy with this for us. Very impressed and also good to be made aware of the difference in their products.

Spent quite a lot on KONG toys for my 6 month old collie pup. With in 20 minutes she had stripped the material off the KONG clicker ball. 3 of them stripped in 2 days.

Tried a velcro treat ball which she figured out in a couple of minutes and ended up chewing the corners .

I emailed KONG 2 weeks ago and had one response stating they need a receipt but no empathy or concern over the quality of the products. They have still not responded to my reply.

I now purchase PETS AT HOME own brand toys and they are lasing well. They do a hard rubber Snake That you can hide treats in, she loves that and keeps her occupied for ages.

KONG are very much over priced and no good for teething puppies.

All I can hear is little squeaks. I have definitely 2 very happy dogs here now.
I was looking for ages for this particular dog toy as our dogs loved their previous one, which lasted donkeys.
I was so happy to have found it at Dog Toys UK.
The price was great and delivery costs where very appropriate.
The delivery itself was really quick. Everything arrived on time as promised and safe.
I haven't ordered anything from Dog Toys UK before, but having this very positive experience I will return when needed and recommend this company.

Ordered a Kong toy bone for my dog , was delivered on the day I was told, had regular updates about where my package was. My dog was very pleased with the toy.

Great price and good initial communication. Delighted with dog toy.
Only down side was that initial email said we'd be informed of dispatch dates. However, this never happened so it was a bit of a waiting game and it took a bit longer than expected to arrive. But not a big deal really.
