We originally purchased two dog-tags for our new dogs in mid 2023. Ordering was easy and tags arrived promptly. The quality and engraving of the tags was excellent.

Unfortunately we lost one tag and needed to reorder another. Again process was extremely easy and tag arrived exactly as ordered.

We ordered two dog tags and they are great quality! They look exactly how it was shown online. I loved that we could change the size and font to customise the tag. Customer service was also great and affordable pricing :) Will definitely order again.

The tag is exactly as expected and seems well made. I also bought a collar, and am very happy with that, as it is well padded around my puppy's neck. The items took a long time to arrive, but the response from the staff at dogtags.id was terrific.

My order appeared to be taking a while to arrive however when I contacted the company they responded very quickly and positively. The tag is excellent quality and very clearly engraved. I thought the hole was a little small and the ring to attach it to the collar was not very strong however I can replace this quite easily. Overall I am very happy with the quality and service from the company.

I ordered 2 tags for my dogs a Silver and Gold one. They arrived the other in a lovely blue pouch which was a nice touch.

I like the metal as it looks strong and sturdy and the engraving was great. 1 side with dogs name in large print the other side with full address details.

The tags received were exactly what I was expecting. Took longer than i thought to arrive but a quick check with them assured me they were on their way, Actually arrived the next day. I ordered 4 small keyrings also to help attach to my dog's collars. These were sub-standard and would have pulled a part easily if the dogs were playing. Whilst they weren't expensive, they would not have done the job. Got a set of 4 from Bunnings and the dogs all look cool now walking around with their new medals
