i only placed 2 orders with them. Even though they claim 24 hours delivery, for the first order i had to email them after more than 2 weeks to ask for it. The second one dissapeared from my account, also confirmation email disspeared, luckily, I still have the payment proof, so I am now waiting for their reply on this (order was placed March 20). Not a happy experience.
