Filed 3 times to take booking.
You failed to take the booking on the first attempt. You then failed to take the payment on the second. You passed the details of the booking over to cottages.com with the wrong information. You failed to supply the payment information. So my booking has now been cancelled. I will try again.

Haven’t even been in my holiday yet . I’ve paid and got a ref no but no e mail or anything to confirm or info . Spent 40 mins on hold trying to ring someone - no answer . Have e mailed and still no answer . Very poor customer service .

As a third-party listing agent, we’re unfortunately unable to provide booking confirmations directly, as these are issued by the Property Manager who handles the booking and payment.
