Small Glitch but otherwise fantastic
Once again, DoctorMedica was prompt with my order. There was a small glitch in the system and I wasn't able to order products. A couple of emails revealed that my license had just expired and needed to be updated. Just a suggestion, if the website could give you a reason that you can't order, that way I could have just upload my updated license for seamless ordering. But the sales rep who handled my issue was fantastic and promptly resolved the issue and he even followed up twice with a phone call to ensure everything was ok and that I had received my products. Much appreciated! Jon

We have been customers of doctor medica since 2015 and until about 2 years ago been very satisfied. Since this year we always gotten some new customer service manager and once the new website was up things totally gotten out of control. And just recently been informed by "Nick" that doctor medica is not shipping international anymore and that will be handled now by their sister company medica depot...well thats another story .Customer care used to be excellent, prompt etc. but yes, do not ship international anymore????
