The delivery aspect was appalling ……
The delivery aspect was appalling … after 19 days I was notified that the package had been delivered. It hadn’t. On investigation it had been delivered to a depot in U.K. I cancelled and requested a refund. Very disappointed. However, I realise that it’s a delivery issue! Dobell acted very fairly and issued a refund immediately. As I said, my issue is with delivery … I’ve always loved my dealings with Dobell.

I ordered a suit for my husband around…
I ordered a suit for my husband around midnight on a Wednesday and needed it for an event on the Saturday. Next morning on checking I discovered that I had ordered the incorrect waist measurements for the trousers. I simply sent an e-mail to customer service explaining my error and the need for the suit to arrive before Saturday. They changed the order for me. The suit arrived in good time on the Friday. It was of excellent quality and arrived in a suit bag which added a sense of quality to the item.
