We have bought a few things from Do Shop, and recently made our biggest purchase of three lights. Their curated selection of products is simply amazing. They were responsive and helpful with questions, and handled the shipping really fast.

Andrew and The Do Team have been a great company to work with on our project, so helpful when choosing initial designs and responsive right up until delivery of our chosen goods. They have provided great customer service and I hope to work with them again soon!

Wow, where to begin? The customer service was incredible. The polite and enthusiastic email exchanges were so refreshing, particularly in this virtual world. I received the furniture item I ordered in 2 weeks, and that was international shipping! It was nothing short of a miracle! I cannot express how pleased I was with the company, the customer service, the furniture, and the personal touch. Five stars are not enough!

Andrew and the team were terrific in ordering and supplying the designer lights we needed! In times of covid it’s rare to find a team eager to please, meet the customers deadline and keep you up to date with the order status.

So I discovered and fell in love with the Moroso armchair, after coming across it in my search for colourful outdoor chairs. the chair was so striking and beautiful, that I was smitten straight away. Andrew and the team at the Do-shop were amazingly professional and friendly and it was real pleasure visiting them in their shop. I even left with more than I bargained for, and added 2 beautiful Jardin Suspendu planters. Just got to break the news to my hubby. Go visit their shop, you will not be disappointed.

Great experience buyng from do-shop. Delivery of my Tonone lamp was going to be a little late due to a delay by the manufacturer, but Luca was really helpful and managed to get it to me on time for the office installation. Top marks for customer service and the lamp looks fab!
