Very responsive and helpful. FedEx needed additional information and even though it was Christmas Eve Andrew got out of his way to reply to emails quickly and called FedEx to resolved the issue. I received my package in less than a week. Great experience !!

I purchased four Ghidini 1961 Napkin Holders through Do Shop. From ordering through to delivery it was a very smooth and pleasant experience with contact from Luca and the team throughout. Furthermore I received the very wonderful napkin holders earlier than expected. I will definitely use Do Shop again and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I had seen these lovely tables on holiday and found them at Do-shop online. I had the most helpful person assist me via email, he answered all my questions and was very patient as I did not want to order the wrong colour and just wanted to make the right decision. I have just taken delivery of these beautiful tables and delighted. They look great.
