Our company has just moved from another provider. The onboarding process was smooth and the setup straight forward. The customer portal is easy to use and gives us all the information we need about transactions etc.

DNA have looked after my business credit card machine for a few years now and even though I’m leaving to move my business to another city, they have been so helpful, kind and understanding. I have just finished setting up my business's new DNA POS Machine supplied by DNA Payments.
Guy from the support team contacted me before the unit's delivery was due to explain the process. He then called back when the unit had arrived and walked me through the full setup of both the POS Machine and the DNA Merchant Portal. Guy explained the whole process with simple, easy-to-follow instructions and was very polite and professional throughout the process, which only took 10 minutes. It's been a great experience so far, and I have no doubt the ongoing support will be of the same high standard.
