Amazing. Staff was so lovely. Got test next day and results in less than 3 days. Can't thank them enough.

Absolutely shocking and disappointing service. Paid the extra money for faster result and have been told since Thursday that the systems are down and having IT issues. I’m sorry but for a leading company in this field this is a joke. A lot of money paid and still no further forward yet!! My result of this test changes a lot so it was very important. Would not recommend!!

Amazing this company doesn’t keep any results past a year. Seems like if the test results has any questions connected to it that a repeated test could be performed at a later date, but unfortunately that will not be the case. A lot of money wasted here.

We did a non legal single grandparent test to determine a grandmother to grandson relationship (mother included). We’re located in different states & were given test locations near us. Everything was quick. The results came back in 5 business days as advertised (was hoping for sooner) and confirmed what we already knew. The results can be tricky to read but the rep said anything over 90% concludes a relationship. Thanks DDC!

Guys,I had to submit a DNA legal partenity test at short notice to the uk home office and after checking reviews online settled on DDC uk. I sent them a mail detailing the type of test wanted and received a reply in no time from their Legal customer Advisor(HOLLY SEKLOAWU)Sorry Holly,but I need to put your name out.
Holly was so professional and promnt with replying to all my querries up until another fantastic guy (the nurse or sample taker)Patrick showed up at my house to take the samples.
Patrick went through the process as expected also being very professional.
The big Ups was when I sent Holly a mail to send me the results via email after 4 days to prepare my case if it was ready.This was around 7pm when i knew the office might be closed. Guys in 30mins i had my 12 page expected results by email with the hard copy posted the following day.
Guys,the worid would be a better place if we had such good companies in place.

Just wanted to thank everybody there for making my paternity test easy from start to finish.

I've always grew up looking for my adopted brother and 48 year's later after doing an Ancestry DNA test, his daughter and I DNA was so high that it was almost impossible for her not to be my niece! So she reached out to me via message due to us being close relative on our family tree. We started connecting the dots as we were chatting and it was all panning out that this was indeed my biological brother. Then I decided to get an at home DNA test from DDC after speaking to an amazing man name Lovell who was always available and extremely helpful. Lovell then mailed my family the test and like he promised our results were back in 2 days once the samples were returned to the lab. It turns out our father is 99.999% the father of my brother! I'm such a happy lady! Thank you DDC! I would highly suggest DDC

This place is absolutely amazing and quick and efficient. Betsy I have been dealing with for almost a year I would say. She is a sweetheart and one of the staff that has been there awhile. I highly recommend as I have so many certificates from them all my animal babies that I rescue. Thank you remain working throughout this virus you all stay on top of it and make it so that we can get the best care. Love the staff from bird babies rescue Southern California.

I had my bird DNA tested to determine sex. I received the kit quickly, and received results quickly after returning the sample to the lab. The shipping was a bit expensive, but otherwise very happy with the process. I would recommend using this company in the future.

We wanted to do the basic color panel for 4 of our labrador retreivers. I called in to place the order and the representative was very helpful. She found me a great price for what I was wanting to have done. The test kits came in just a few days. The results were sent by email in a timely manner and were easy to read. We were very pleased with the service and the time frame everything was done.

Fast, simple, easy to do dna test. Only one problem and that’s because they told me I had a female macaw and I was really wanting a male. And was told it was a male from the breeder. But this is the perfect example as to why you should never trust a Breeder. No matter how long they say they been in business. But thanks again for the dna test!!
