I cancelled an order via you customer…

I cancelled an order via you customer service email contact, I mistakenly misread and ordered the wrong item. The next day I received an email from Rebecca confirming that you had received my email and that she cancelled the order as I requested. Pretty painless, a little bit anxious, but easily cancelled.

Goods things are remembered

My bad, I ordered a knife out of hast and when it arrived I realized my mistake. I call customer service to inquire about returns. The young lady I was privileged to speak with was absolutely one of most kindest, understanding and helpful persons I’ve spoke with, thank you!
