I Spoke to countless mortgage brokers…
I Spoke to countless mortgage brokers and Danish was by far the most honest and realistic broker i met. He talked me through the process step by step as it was my first ever property and i had no clue what i was doing. He gave me a DIP really quickly when i needed to show the sellers agents and when my offer got accepted he liaised with the sellers agents to speed up the process. He was very thorough and knew exactly what paperwork i needed to have make the process as smooth as possible. I can't thank him enough because of him i have my dream home.

Best Broker I have met to date
Danish has been very helpful throughout the mortgage journey. I had various hiccups during the process and also lost few properties due to external reasons, but Danish helped and guided me at every step.
His responses are swift and accurate.
I have recommended lot of my friends and acquaintances to Danish and would highly recommend using him for any type of mortgage you require..

Islamic finance specialist with knowledge in all areas
I found Danish online whilst looking for advice on Islamic finance for a house, as it was extremely important for us to take that route. Danish recommended Al Rayan bank and arranged for our meeting with them. It was a long and complicated process but Danish was there throughout and was always quick to respond and calm me down if ever I was worried (which was often). His knowledge and experience with these kind of transactions put me at ease and made the process feel easier. I genuinely don’t think we could have done it without him and I would highly recommend his services to anyone. He’s a great guy who to this day still checks in to see how things are going. An honest and caring individual with a high level of expertise to get you what you want from your financing. I look forward to using his services again in the future, but Insha’Allah not for a while. Thank you for everything Danish.

Mortgages made easy.
Going through the mortgage was made easy with the guidance given at D&K Mortgages. The process took longer than expected but with each new situation there was always a solution or options that allowed things to move forward. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
