Got completely ripped off by scammed. AVOID LIKE THE BUBONIC PLAGUE.

Still waiting for my order for over 2 weeks. It's been stuck at Evri for 8 days. Asked for an update this is what they told me "Good Day, thank you very much for your order, your order has been shipped, we are checking the delivery status and will reply you asap, sorry for the inconvenience caused."on 16th may. So I sent them a message again about tracking not updating still not heard anything I've even messaged Evri and they told me to contact seller, so I'm still waiting for another reply

Item eventually turned up after over 30 days, no indication when ordering that the item was being shipped from overseas, it states it should be delivered in 4-9 days.

Please do not purchase any products from this company or you will lose your money. I placed my order 4 weeks ago and have received nothing despite sending several emails requesting delivery updates. Like over reviews have highlighted, you get an initial response from Danny the robot and then cold silence. How this sham of a company is still allowed to trade I will never know? I’ve now reported them to Trading Standards and hope they get shut down asap. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Buyers should be aware this is a Chinese company so delivery will take longer than the optimistic estimates on the site.

My coils took 18 days but they arrived and were a lot cheaper than I could get in the UK

Used these once before and was spooked by the bad reviews. Got the first order a while ago and so knew it would take a while for this new order..this time my item took 19 days to arrive from China 5 days more than lsst time.. yes items take a while from here but do turn up (well my experience anyway) if you want something quickly use a uk site

Ugh, I wish I'd have checked the reviews before I came here.

Immediately realised a problem when the money left my account in Yen.

5 days later received email asking if I'd like to change the colour.

Avoid these guys at all costs. Not worth the effort and you're paying premium price anyway. Go to any other store.

I fully expected the order to take time to arrive as I ordered a product that is discontinued and unavailable in the UK.
In total a wait of only 14 days was well worth it. Excellent service and they responded to the one email I sent within 10 minutes.
Well worth the wait.

Danny was great had an annoying ordeal with the delivery(royal mail) but of no fault of dj vapes at all and he was very friendly and helpful I have already enquired about placing my next order.

Ordered 11th Aug. Chased order on 14th to see if my order had been dispatched as i had received no confirmation. Got a reply saying it had been dispatched, but no indication of when. Emailed again 21st Aug asking for more details and said if it wasnt with me by the 23rd i need a refund. No reply. Emailed again on 23rd asking for a refund as order still hadnt arrived. Email replied to on 24th August ignoring my request for a refund and just stating order was processed 12th August and they would chase. No refund. No order. Poor communication. Avoid.

Another skeptical, but happy customer in the end.
First I ordered on the 7th and then received an email the very same day saying they do not have any of the advertised colours available, however they have 2 other ones. Ok then, I will take one of them.
Shipping states up to 8 days delivery.
After 5 days or so the status of the order didn't change, I didn't receive tracking number or anything, after contacting the company, Danny assured me that the order had shipped. The status change arrived on the email shirtly after.
Further 3 days passed (15th) I haven't received any updates nor the order. Emailing again, Danny assured me on reply immediately that the order is on the way and it will be delivered. I decided to wait a bit longer before cancelling and requesting refund.
And it sure enough turned up on the 19th of the month.
Took 5 days more than it should, but arrived in perfect condition. Nice packaging too. Thanks DJVape.

Ordered on the 5th, didn't receive it to the 29th. Asked for a refund well before delivery date as it seemed I wasn't going to get my order. Just kept getting fobbed off. Will never use this joke of a company again, and will tell every vaper I know not to as well. Completely incompetent.

After reading the reviews I was really skeptical about placing an order on this website but they were the only ones to have the items I was looking for in stock.

Before placing the order I discussed with them (Danny) via email to make sure everything is in stock (it wasn’t in UK but it was in China as most of it is, I assume) and I bit the bullet. I used a credit card as they’re faster with a chargeback in case something goes wrong.

I was charged extra (seems like a fee from their payment method) but they refunded that amount as soon as I complained about it so nothing to complain here.

The order was shipped and a tracking number was issued (updates a bit slow) and after approximately 10 days I received the order in perfect condition, the items are authentic and everything is OK.

Yes, they are drop shippers, the stock is not in UK, the availability on the website might not reflect the reality (some items might not be actually available) and there’s the issue with the extra charge (that they will refund if you ask them to), but, if you can’t find certain items anywhere else and you contact them first to make sure they have it in stock, the transaction should go smoothly.

Overall I’m happy with the experience and I can recommend them as a last resort and if you contact them before placing an order to make sure they actually have stock. Not perfect, but not as bad as most reviewers make it to be.

AVOID. It's a scam. Was told 3-8 day delivery time, emailed to chase, no reply. The postcode on the junk mail they send is in Plymouth, but on Googlemaps if you Zoom in it is Plymouth railway station.

Received my Vaporesso Luxe XR Max 5ml version. Legit product. Very happy with it. Ok price. Only downside was how long it took from placing the order to arriving with me. I only saw all the bad reviews after i'd ordered, d'oh. I would have liked far more email communication keeping me up to date to stop me worrying. However, when I emailed them they were very polite, and did provided me with the tracking details which is good. At least I received my order in the end. All's well that ends well. I probably won't risk using them again though until they've got their rating up to at least 4/5.

I've ordered twice from DJ Vape, once over a year and a half ago and once very recently, and I received genuine products (I still use the Zenith tank I bought 18 months ago from them) which were delivered within a reasonable timeframe.

I haven't had to deal with any refunds or exchanges so can't comment on that aspect but the comments of it being a "total scam" are definitely not true in my experience when it came to ordering, paying for and receiving an item.
