Let me down on delivery, when your website says you will deliver Saturday, you MUST deliver Saturday. Spend £900 to take a new drone on holiday and it never materialised. Refunded 2 weeks later!! I'll buy elsewhere in future. Thanks for earning interest on my money!

Packaging Fail
Packaging fail! Such a large box, with so much (way too much) protective packaging inside! This might not sound so bad so far BUT the tripod had been placed right at the bottom of the box, with the packaging just placed on top (now rendered almost useless by its positioning) 🤦🏻♂️ And there was no way it could have moved during transit to where it was if the tripod had been wrapped in the bubble wrap/packaging, as (surely) intended.
