Faulty microphone charging cable
I recently bought a new Osmo Pocket 4. The Mic would not work when I needed it. I visited the store and we established that the charging cable was faulty. A replacement (even to buy) was not available.I was forced to buy another mic to get a charging cable. I was surprised that there was no proper air conditioning in the store.

It wasn’t easy to speak to the person as I do have epilepsy and I did say I did i thought I was buying things specifically from DJI but they explained and when I speak to them they are great and easy to speak with especially as my condition and I think they are worth 10 stars 🌟

I ordered a genuine DJI 4k mini battery…
I ordered a genuine DJI 4k mini battery as a spare that was delivered within a day . I would just like to warn other customers only buy a genuine battery as I made the mistake of buying a cheap third party battery and without warning my drone gave me critical low battery warning even though it had just read 50 % remaining. Always buy a genuine OEM Battery from DJI like this one well worth the money .
