Been wanting to treat myself to a pair for ages... so I did!! Excellent website, really easy to use and great customising options. Decided on a pair and clicked the order button! Great follow up communications, checking sizing etc. Order arrived a few weeks later, I love them! Great quality and excellent fit. I love them so much, I've just ordered a second pair!!

And all these have a real meaning because of the marketing and sales service - communication (guidance, proffesionalism with customercentric mentality) till i get the shoes! The same shoes with the ...production promise!

The sneakers were perfect, to my specifications in terms of colours and materials down to the stitching used. Very happy with the product. Equally happy with the customer service, they were helpful and fast with all my questions, and provided additional info as needed when shipping was postponed due to vacation of the team.

Absolutely love those shoes!! The leather is top quality and that out and inside!! The only small criticism I have, is that on my particular sneaker, the laces are being hold by an fabric together (not sure how to describe it, but in normal shoes they have metal wholes) and after wearing them two weeks, I can already see that they are wearing of and is only a question of time, until they will rib.

Amazing sneakers. Great quality of leather, very comfortable to walk in them and the colours are superb, much better than the pictures on Instagram.
I ordered them in London that’s where I live so I had a couple of questions and requests about the delivery date etc and finally I got them much earlier than I expected. The customer service is unexpectedly fast to reply and always got a positive answer in all my questions. Highly recommended to all. Thank you Diverge team. It’s one of my favourite companies from now on and I will order more fo sure in the future.

Nice shoes, very comfortable and kute ! Just a little too big because my real size is 43,5 and no 44 but Diverge do not this.
So Im still happy😍

The pair I’ve received at first was a bit tight so I had to exchange them. The customer service was super helpful and I had my new pair in no time! Great quality and they look special:) I love them so much!

I'm very happy with my customised purchase - there are plenty of colours and a few finishes/materials to choose from, and the website makes it very easy to customise the sneakers. The order took about a month to be delivered and the sneakers I received are very well made, good quality materials and very comfortable. I contacted the customer service before placing the order as i wasn't sure about the size, they were very helpful and advised correctly.

Being purely online it’s hard to ensure you get your size exactly right. I was sceptical that if the shoes were the wrong size how easy it would be to change them given they are completely bespoke. I needn’t have been concerned. Once I tried them and they were clearly not the right size for me, I contacted The team at Diverge and they immediately ordered a new pair in the next size up. Excellent customer services and excellent communication at every point. I love my new sneakers. The quality is incredible and I’ve already had loads of great comments.
