As a professional diver for 25 plus…

As a professional diver for 25 plus years, they went out of their way to NOT pay. Endless requests, emails, stupid information asked for. AVOID this company. USE DAN, especially in Egypt. They do not have a direct contact in Egypt so they will do everything in their power to cause you a problem

Signed up based on the Diving Squad…

Signed up based on the Diving Squad recommendation. Pretty straightforward sign up, though being asked to write a review for a product before using it is a little weird. Will update after my dive trip

Quick and Easy Protection

This process of implementing dive insurance for our trip with Epic was so easy and quite inexpensive for 2-day coverage. It would be foolish to go without this coverage.

I recently used DiveAssure for my trip to Cozumel

I recently used DiveAssure for my diving and travel insurance for a trip to Cozumel. I mistakenly purchased something I did not need and contacted Allison at Dive Assure via email for a refund. Allison was very prompt in her reply and resolution of the matter and my refund was issued quickly. Allison kept me informed through the entire process and was very professional yet engaging in her emails to me. I highly recommend DiveAssure (and Allison).

Brilliant to deal with

Brilliant to deal with. I had a dive booked last year but because of covid this was changed without any problems at all. I was dealing with Rebeca who was extremely helpful in sorting out my requests and answering all my many questions
