Never received my order nor a refund or even a response. Hs been a month! Do not order from this company!!

I have reached out repeatedly to resolve my issue but no response. I expect a full refund to my card that was charged on 3/20/25 for $46.99. I expect this refund to be in full and prompt. I will not be able to give a positive review based of poor service and lack of communication.

Tried to buy a dress for my sisters wedding, after a month the dress finally came and it was the wrong dress entirely. Not even the same color, shape, or size

I’m running into the same thing. Said it was delivered, I’ve asked for proof or expect a refund immediately. Told it would be 7 days to look into it. I’ll support shutting down their website as well, unless I receive a full refund soon (as in by Monday, 4/28

I ordered an item that never came. when i emailed the company, they gave me a tracking number. the number goes notwhere. I emailed that I never got the item. I filed a complaint with my credit card, and Divalifes told them the item was delivered. These are nothing but chinese/british scam artists of some sort. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE LIARS AND CHEATS!!

I ordered a watch for $59 on April 7/25 , today is 4/24/25 . I emailed them never got a responce . I will see how am i going to get my money back

Made an order with Divas, didn't get a tracking number. So I emailed them they sent me a link to track the package 📦, it was supposed to be delivered a certain day & time. It shows that it was delivered, but just like the rest of the people I never received the package. Sent them another email, they finally got back with me saying the package was delivered & sign for. How can you sign for something that will never arrive but anyway they said that they will look into it & it will take about 7 days but I'm not holding my breath damned scammers

If I could give him a zero star, that’s what they deserve. This company is a total fraud. They took my money for a compressor and answered a few emails until it said it was delivered. Then, when I tried to contact them, everything went silent. Their phone is disconnected and you look at the reviews and they’re a fraud. I should’ve checked them out first my fault this time but they need to go to jail.

This company is a fraud got me for 2 items 140 bucks eBay would look into banning them from thair sit im try to contact eBay to let them know another victim

This company is a total fraud. The bad reviews are true. I reached out to their customer service team multiple times when my order didn't arrive. First they said my order was delivered and when I complained again, they said it was lost during shipping and they would refund my $. Nearly a month later and that hasn't happened. I will be notifying my credit card company they are a fraudulent business.

Orederd 2 window ac units, never delivered, $104 plus Debit Card payment is in Dispute with the bank.

These guys are thieves! Run around from the start to the end! Order is on the way. Order was delivered then order has been refunded. All bs don’t buy anything from them. You will not receive anything from them.

Ordered a dual coffee maker made by cuchina. No one had it but this company so ordered two. The first notice after I charged the order was that this order was an International Charge (thank you Visa). I started checking the 940 ac telephone number which is a bogus number. Then I looked at the "supposed" business address in Arizona, it's a huge apartment complex. THEN I started reading the reviews. I called visa but because the charge was pending they can't do anything. I have sent the vendor two emails within an hour of the purchase and told them to cancel the order immediately and credit my card. Good luck to me on that. I'll wait till the charge goes through then reverse the charges. I fhey credit me back for the purchase great, but I suspect some little g-nome in Russia or someplace is licking his chops at fooling another American sucker!! Mike

This company is a FRAUD. Ordered 2 bags and got a shipping confirmation saying delivered. I never received the items. I contacted the company and they said they would reach out to logistics. I still have not received the products or an update. I disputed the charge on my card and the company LIED and said I called to request a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

I ordered a coffee mug and got no tracking info. I had to find the company and ask them for it. The tracking was fishy and odd. It then said it was delivered and signed for. I was home all day and received nothing. Their customer service is horrible. I asked to see the signature and they would not provide it. I asked for a refund including my shipping fee of $10 being I never got it. They said they would refund but could take up to 7 business days to receive. I’ve waited that and have still not got my money back. It seems I never will. I will not buy from them again.

Purchased Owala bottle. I wish i had read the reviews before purchasing.. NEVER DELIVERED. Will not give refund. They just string you along with excuses and false hope of resolution. They basically just took my money! This site is a SCAM. BUYERS BEWARE.

I should have read the reviews, but I was fooled to believe this was a Costco order. Once I got an order confirmation, it had no order number, or contact. I immediately disputed the charge from my credit card company, and was lucky to have gotten a refund in a couple of days. Always trust your gut when something seems off. Thank you to everyone who wrote a review about this company.

It's pure bullshit. You send things to get them and they never arrive. You try to send an email and they never receive it. You try to ask for a refund and you will never get a refund. You will not receive what you invested in the purchase you made. Do not buy from this website.

AVOID🛑 bought a Stanley- never arrived , reached out to them and they “sent out another one” never arrived. Asked for a refund and 7 days later , you guessed it! Never arrived. They “found an issue with the system when they put the refund through and resubmitted it” I’m not getting my money back. Fake site with terrible customer service from somewhere in china
