This company is a total scam. They send email.updates saying the product is out for delivery. They provide a link where you can track where it shows the product is on its way. Total scam then they say it was delivered when it wasn't. You press them they state they are researching it. You request a refund but continue to go back n forth. This ends up being outside the window where a bank can do anything. Report to consumer affairs in the state I live. They open a case but they end up with no response from their outreach. This company and website should be shut down!!

total scam company. I ordered a baby carrier for my daughter. Am on a limited income. She had lost her son at age 6 and a few years later was blessed with a child. The company lied and said they sent. Not true. Said someone signed for, Not true. Over 20 emails and bull shit response. This company should be put out of business. Ripping people off. Karma will surely come back to you and your business. Do not buy anything from them.

0 STARS. I feel I was Scammed and my Credit Card also has fallen for it and is refusing to refund me. I'm a 65 year old on limited income. I ordered a HUGE Non Clothing item- 150 GALLON RUBBERMAID STOCKTANKS (Qty 2) for my garden on April 7th, 2025. The middle of May nothing had arrived. It would be a HUGE box and I or my one neighbor would have seen it if it had been delivered. (Think of the size of a 5 gallon bucket. Multiply by 30! And I ordered two of them!!)
I filed a case with my Credit Card. They refunded the amount within a week. Two months later I got a message from the CC company that they are reinstating the charge as the SP Divalifes Company says it was delivered. IT WAS NOT. I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING!!
The Carrier is listed as: guangzhou.
AI even says:..."Not a carrier in the US".

Divalifes is a rip off, scamming AZZ Chinese thieves!!! You buy a product from these people and they say is was delivered and signed for when it actually never arrived, and probably was never shipped to start with!! The federal trade commission should band people like this for life , and probably should band all Chinese from doing business on line...

This company is nothing but a scam. I purchased an item for $70. I've never received my item. I've sent emails. They said, oh, it's on the way I kept waiting. Never received it 4 months later. I still have not received it. I cannot get ahold of anybody. These people are nothing but thieves liars. They just take your money.
And listen to you, wanting to lose money. I would not order anything from this company.
If it sounds too good to be true on price, then it's too good to be true.
So unfortunately, if I could rate it as 0I will rate it as 0, but I give it one star because I can't go any lower timu is much better than this.

They nothing but scammers
I had ordered some tires there and supposedly it was delivered to another place. They supposedly gonna send my money back but they gave me some excuse there was something wrong with my bank. I been emailing them and now they don’t respond. Don’t trust this company to order anything!!!!
It’s probably a fake company.

The items never came. They say that it was delivered and sighed for. It was not. They promised me a refund that never came.

I ordered some dishes in April. When I finally contacted them about them they said they were delivered somewhere else, someone else had signed for them. They said they would send me out more and I never got them either. J asked for a refund they said they will send my money back ($100) I never got it they said there was trouble with my bank and they will send it again, so far I haven’t gotten it, now every time I email them about it they don’t even respond to my emails. I wish I had my money back from those scammers.

They take your money and you never receive your order. They give you a fake tracking email with a pretend it was delivered on a Sunday. When you tell them you want a refund they tell you 5-7 days depending on your bank and repeat the same auto email every time you contact them. Do NOT order from this site!!!

Please avoid ordering at this company. This company is a scam, they need to be stop taking people's money and never received the item, when you demand for a refund,they always reply to you and say you will be refunded back to your bank account, but it never happened. So avoid, avoid

This a complete scam. Did not read reviews because I thought they were a branch or affiliated with COSTCO. When I went to the "about us" on the website it had a whole page thing saying it was affiliated with COSTCO. I purchased a weed trimmer/blower combo. Got a quick email saying thank you for purchase but it had no phone# or order# or any contact info. I emailed back to them asking for a tracking# and order# and I just got the exact same bullshit email from them again! Never received anything. I will contact my bank about reversing the charge and Ill continue to email since some on here have gotten more of a response than I have. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY...POSITIVELY...A SCAM! BEWARE!

yes ordered grass seed shown coming from china never came scam tracking as it said usps delivered on sunday, oops only usps only delivering prime on sundays, son works at my local post office, pkg was never there being promised refund, more excuses. that positive feedback is a scam from the company!

Total scam!!! I ordered in March and still have not received my order till now.

Same story as everyone here. Email from them said was delivered to someone else but I never got any tracking info. Total scam. Everyone go to BBB and get these scammers shut down. Out $90

Do NOT ORDER from this company. You’re better off, donating your money to charity.I waited a month for my order to be delivered, and was told that they already delivered it. Basically they decided to give me nothing and keep my money. Same issue with Temu.

Product never received, tracking information is fake. Company will promptly reply but never follows through on refund. They keep leading you on hoping you’ll give up. Scam.

I ordered a product from Divalifes and I never received it, at first they said it was delivered and signed for but I never seen it. Has anyone have this problem. The said I was going to get a refund in 5 to 10 days its been 10 days and nothing yet. Was anyone able to get a refund from this company ?? And if so how?

Rating 0 stars if I could. Definitely a scam. Do not make a purchase. Order placed in March 2025. Package marked as delivered and signed for, which is not true (I have a cameras). Contacted customer service via email many times and have been promised a full refund. Order placed in March, package ‘delivered’ in April, promised a refund in April (did not happen). Messaged again, promised a refund in May (didn’t happen). Multiples times have emailed and requested customer service phone number, as I cannot find one online…no reply to those emails. $140 gone. Don’t trust.

Please! I REPEAT DO NOT, purchase anything from, Divalifes! I order a product from this, “ company”, in March 2025! It’s, May 2025, and I still have not received my merchandise or a refund! I’ve sent a total of eight emails,concerning my merchandise, or a refund! Each request was meet with multiple lies concerning the merchandise being delivered or, my refund being refunded back to my account! Is, Divalifes, a scam? Well in my honest opinion and experience, this company IS a scam, or have very very very low ethical business integrity and practices! That being said, which ever one of these is the truth, this company is not TRUSTWORTHY, and should be banned from doing business! It’s definitely an unethical business! A customer’s hard earn money, and decisions to patronize a company should be treated with respect and consideration! This company, if it is one, have failed in every category, concerning myself! Again, please avoid patronizing this, so called company! Do business with a truly ethical company that values you, and your hard earned money! There are such companies that still exist, physically and virtually! Be careful and be wise!
