Mishandling of package/delayed delivery
I live in Columbus minutes from the distribution center. I ordered 2 belts and have watched them go from Columbus to Massachusetts. Now they are in Indiana. When I brought this to your attention, I was told after 21 days an investigation would be initiated. Ridiculous. I just want the belts I paid for without having to wait a month.

Shrinks in the wash and had to size up.
I really just wanted a bathing suit and ordered a few items extra (2 play suits) because I got all excited about their items.
First order never came. I had to wait 4 weeks for refund.
Second order came without the bathing suit which they immediately refunded. The main reason for my purchase was the bathing suit so that was already a huge disappointment. About the other items: In the beginning I was super happy about the feels of the fabric but my normal size was too small so I had to exchange for a bigger size. When that arrived that size was perfect, but after a wash on 30 degrees it was way too short and tight. So to be honest, my experience was very disappointing. Their servicedek is really helpful though.

Inconsistent sizing and fell apart immediately
The dress was both the wrong size, fit, and it fell apart as soon as it was washed. It can’t be returned, but it was profoundly disappointing, and definitely not worth purchasing in hindsight.
