Have been using them for years because of their unique/alternative clothing and homeware.
All items are amazing quality. Fast delivery and very lovely customer service.
Only thing I would say is they need more frog stuff!! But that is my personal opinion.

The cloths were delivered in a timely manner and good quality for the price. However, the excessive emails regarding points were unnecessary and annoying. I did not need three emails in a week reminding me I have points. One email was plenty.

The quality of the clothes is very good, and I'm happy with my purchase. However, the return process is extremely inconvenient. Customers are required to print the return label themselves, which is surprising for an online clothing store in 2026. Not everyone has access to a printer.
I contacted customer service, but the only alternative offered was to arrange and pay for my own return shipping. Since I'm leaving for vacation today, I simply don't have the time to do that, so I won't be returning the item.
The clothes deserve 5 stars, but the return process definitely does not. I hope the company improves this in the future.

I love the moth dress I got
I love the moth dress I got. However, I followed the sizing guide and it told me I needed a US 14 and it’s a little too big. A 12 probably would have fit a lot better. Delivery was quick and the fabric is really nice.

The clothing is really pretty, but the size charts are incorrect. I had to sew a skirt smaller myself. It was way too big :-(

Unfair Loyalty Points Rules
I've reviewed before about how this site is my favourite alternative clothes store, and it still is, despite having issues with the loyalty system. I've remained a loyal customer and spent a lot here. I have Muse status and regularly gain enough points for discounts on my orders.
I sadly ran into yet another disappointment over the loyalty system. There seems to now be a condition to even use the points you gain for being loyal. In this case, because there happens to be a sale going on and because the clothes are at reduced price, I'm not allowed to use my hard earned points for being loyal to get a discount at the moment it seems. The use of them is turned off.
What is the point of gaining points if these are ridiculous rules? How is this rewarding loyalty? Not being able to use points during a sale? Unfair and disappointing.
