Delivery time changed but stayed to the original thank god. The dresses were larger than advertised and were very much an unflattering shape compared to the models wearing them and my body is really tea so idk. However the blue/gray dress had a lovely flow and worked for my event.

Dress came quickly, and was well packaged in recyclable packaging. It’s well made and very beautiful. I’m excited to wear it! Will definitely buy from this company again soon.

It was delivered super quick and it’s stunning! I was worried as I had bought dresses like this on another website and the fabric was thin and cheap. This fabric is lovely, thick and soft has a lovely weight to it I couldn’t be happier. I was so happy I haven’t washed it yet, but I do hope it washes up well 🤞🏻 as I just bought 3 more dress.

The brand is plus size inclusive which was amazing!

I have been a returning customer of this brand for years, but a recent experience with their customer service and exchange policy has been very disappointing.

I ordered two items based strictly on the measurement charts provided on their website. Despite falling on the upper end of the recommended measurements, both items arrived significantly oversized. Because international exchanges are not offered, my only option was to return the items and place a completely new order for the smaller size.

By the time the items arrived and were tried on, the original promotion I used had expired and the prices had increased. To reorder the exact same items in a smaller size, I was expected to pay:
- Return shipping costs
- New shipping costs for the replacement order
- The higher, non-promotional price for the items

When I reached out to customer support explaining that the initial sizing issue was due to their inaccurate online size guide—and requested a price-match code so I wouldn't be penalized for reordering—my request was rejected.

Expecting customers to pay extra fees and price increases to fix an issue caused by misleading sizing information is unreasonable. Buyers beware: double-check the sizing carefully, as returning or reordering from abroad is a costly hassle with zero flexibility from support.

Fast shipping, great quality, and making an exchange was easy.

I love the dresses it was comfy but again it’s have to get two size le busty to justify the space for breast , again I love my dress. But I do have get bigger sizes .

I like the clothes, and they were understanding when the postal office lost my return package.
