Quick delivery and availability when not available in any shops!

We've used dishmatic for years, they're so convenient. However, for the last 6 months, the price has increased (as has everything) but the quality seems to have decreased! We're lucky to get 2 weeks out of them now. Has something changed? We use the original normal washing up sponges and the adhesive seems to give up a lot sooner needing more refills.

I don’t know about the company as a whole, but I’ve had a very bad experience with one of their products: Wonder Scrubs.
I bought these from Asda in the hopes of an improvement on the generic yellow sponge / green scourer pads. But the scourer part of the Wonder Scrub was visibly disintegrating within a week. Worse: little bits of the scourer seemed to get everywhere — in the sink and unless we rinsed extremely carefully, on the washing up itself. Terrible. I’m appalled.

Very easy to order online. Shame these don't seem to be sold in the shops anymore.

I'm glad to have the extra brush-heads: great products! However, delivery was delayed because the packaging ripped (Royal Mail put it in a plastic bag). Dishmatic's delivery charges are a little high anyway, so I hope they figure out something better.

Quick response and well packed delivery

My order was delivered quickly and packaged in a Jiffy bag (although a smaller bag would have sufficed). As for the replacement dishwasher brush heads, I used the first one once and already some of the bristles are bent out of shape. The pair of large size kitchen gloves fit ok but one of the gloves roll up cuffs wants to stay slightly rolled up (only a little so it’s still usable). It does seem as if the quality of these items isn’t quite up to scratch however. Please do better product testing and give them closer inspections in the case of your rubber gloves as the £3 postage costs mean these come under a premium price bracket when the total cost is considered - I would not consider them premium products however.

My husband won't throw out the old Dishmatic brush until he has a replacement, he likes it so much. So I was pleased to find an online supplier and receive a new one for him at long last.
