As with so many of the reviews, order placed never delivered and courier said it was sent back to the retailer who will not respond to any contacts made through the website chat or email, either terribly run company or a scam either way don’t order through them.

Delivery failed returned to sender by courier, tried contacting cricket discount numerous times on there customer service contact form and email with no response. Still awaiting feedback poor customer service. Don’t buy from these.

Not even a 1 star. Total scum bags. Scammers. Do not order. They also sell fake goods and should be investigated

I would also like to corroborate that discountcricketoutlet.com are criminals.
Ordered a Shrey helmet for a child's Christmas present which duly arrived however on fitting it was an odd fit and very heavy.
Returned it as per instructions via recorded and signed for delivery and never heard a peep back over 35 days later despite multiple emails and online chat requests.
No refund transpired and to be honest I wouldn't be surprised if the helmet was counterfeit as it was such a strange fit.

These guys are criminals! Placed an order, it wasn't delivered. I've emailed MULTIPLE times with no reply and 1 month later, still no refund. Do not order from these guys - EVER!!!

I bought my shoe on Nov/9th and no update or no tracking provided till now. No reply to email or chat messages.

I have returned my order from the instruction on the website but no reply on my email, no reply on live chat.
I do not recommend ordering from this website.
It would of been way better if I have sold the shoes somewhere else rather than returning the order.
And as you can see from other reviews, this company doesn't care about the customers.

Terrible customer service. Received products no issues at all. Returned one item two months ago - tracked and signed for and I have never received a refund. Have sent multiple emails and tried to contact by messenger, phone and live chat with no reply. I will never use again.

Don’t be fooled by the good prices! Customer service is terrible and slow. My refund took a MONTH to be processed and I had to chase it many times with awful communication back to me.

I experienced a very efficient customer service - asked to change a cricket bat I had ordered as it was the wrong size, I received a replacement quickly and with no issues at all. I will be sure to purchase from here again in the future.

Incredibly poor communication. In fact, non existent. They don’t respond to email, they don’t answer the live chat.
I ordered something a week ago, it still hasn’t been dispatched. They were very quick indeed to debit the money though. Wish I would have read these reviews before ordering from them. My advice is to order elsewhere.

Appalling Customer service. No one answers The phone and the only way to Communicate with them is by live chat and you get the standard response. Really fast delivery. Ordered late Monday night on standard delivery and it arrived by Wednesday.
