Worst company I have ever dealt with

Waited just short of a month for delivery. Promised delivery on two occasions which didn't happen. Got a refund through Amazon. Item then arrived. Was accused of lying and told I asked for a refund after delivery. Aggressive rude and threatening communication, threatened with legal action and civil claims. Thankfully Amazon had all time stamped records and said I had done nothing wrong. Awful company. Terribly ran. Intimidating staff. Stay away.

I would strongly advise others to avoid…

I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

They are extremely unresponsive — I received no replies to phone calls or emails, making it very difficult to resolve any issues. While they are quick to take your money, they do not provide the level of customer service or accountability you would expect.

In my experience, a company that does not communicate with its customers cannot be trusted. I regret dealing with them and would caution others to think carefully before doing the same.

avoid them

bought a welder machine thru B&Q which was a big mistake to chose this "brand".the fan is bad from first time.after 5 or 6 short usage the earth clamp is bended, broke to half due to cheap material.Contacted with the manufacturer to resolve my issues promised replacement clamp but never arrived.AVOID this dreadful company.never again.

To be honest the product was fine but…

To be honest the product was fine but the customer service was ZERO.i messaged , emailed, phoned not a reply at all. I would not recommend using this company again. It was very stressful not knowing if my order and questions were happening .no excuse for poor service.

I am extremely disappointed with B&Q…

I am extremely disappointed with B&Q and DPT and would not recommend you to anyone,
I bought a B&Q gift card as I get 4% off (Blue Light discount) but was unable to use it on your website as the bunk beds I ordered were via a third party. This was not clear when I purchased the gift card.
Further to this, my friend and I took this afternoon off work as the delivery was due early this afternoon. Around an hour after the delivery slot had ended, I received a message to say that the delivery will not be until Monday! Now more time off work will be needed for both of us! Also, my son is now without a bed all weekend!

(Actually 5* for initial purchase but 1* for aftercare/customer support)
Ordered a gun cabinet directly through S S Johal and sons ltd instead of through B&Q (supplier to B&Q).
S S Johal and sons ltd actually trade as Dirty Pro Tools.
Great price and delivered promptly. Courier great.
All is well no problems, UNTIL.
Unfortunately within the first few days, one of the keys snapped in the lock.
Tried to phone them on a Thursday but constantly rang out so sent an email to Dirty pro Tools using their "contact@" email address. No reply or acknowledgment.
Phoned again Friday. Got through and explained situation and also that I had no reply to my email.
Stated which email I had sent it to but they stated not received anything. They sent me an email so I could reply directly to that, which I did within minutes with photos.
Still no reply so phoned again on following Tuesday and was told the person who deals with emails was off on the Monday?? and was now back and would sort it out and email me back that same day (Tuesday).
I suppose I expected too much.
I am now doing this review on the Sunday as no contact has been made.
I managed to get a locksmith to do me a key instead.
Initially the purchase was great but the after sales and customer care are non existent. Terrible after care service.

Do not use ordered a gun cabinet booked today off work for the delivery and never turned up even after a text to say it was out for delivery in between 13.27-14.27 absolutely disgusting. They don't answer the phone and the emails bounced back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Brought a shower screen and Accessories…

I have been told that Dirtypro Tools works along side with S S Johal Ltd and Son Company.
I Brought a shower screen and Accessories from B&Q , unfortunately I did not recieve all the parts i needed to be able to put the shower screen im my bathroom, went to my local B&Q which is in Watford Herts, to explain the situation that I had a missing part, to be told that B&Q do not hold any responsibility as they buy the product from a company called S S Johal Ltd & Sons, that only thing i would do was message SS Johal and explain my situation, so the customer service with B&Q was to just brush me off.
I messaged S S Johal ltd and they replied back saying the correct part will be sent out to me, recieved the part, then my plumber came over to attach the shower screen and tray round my shower,but unfortunately explained, this was still not the correct part, unfortunately I do not understand about what parts come with what, so i asked my plumber who fits shower snd down bathroom regularly, to then have message S S Johal again to explain again you sent me the wrong part, it took 3 attempts to actually sort of get the correct chrome top bar that holds the main shower screen and the part missing from the start was a part that holds the shower top bar and screws into the wall, but again it was the right top chrome bar and part to screw into the wall, but this time the chrome bar was sent in two parts and you needed to have screws to tighten the bars in the middle, which were not supplied, so my plumber had to impremise and cut short one of the other wrong chrome top bars SS Johal sent me to be able to attach the top bar onto the shower and screw into the wall to hold the shower screen .
When I complained to S S Johal Ltd that I had been charged extra money ontop of my orginal quote from my plumber for the job, as i had to call him out 3 times, S S Johal told me that it was my plumber responsibility to make sure that all the parts were available to do the job before, even thou he did check 3 times and still the response I got ,as I asked for some kindness refund due to me being charged for there mistakes was see below

I was gobsmacked, now responsibility at all for there incompetence and really bad customer service, I am completely and utterly disgusted

Promised date

Booked a date on this website which was the 9th. Rang this company the person on the other end was rude and arrogant. Told me its booked in for the 13th. Don't use this company utterly disgusted. They take your money but nothing in return.

Purchased a pillar drill manufactured…

**UPDATE FOLLOWING REPLY* I want to buy a vice directly from you, not B&Q. 9 days, 2 emails, 2 telephone conversations and still absolutely no reply!!!! Disgraceful!!
Purchased a pillar drill manufactured by these guys via B&Q.
Wanted to by a vice to fit direct from these guys, I emailed as requested on their website, followed it up the next day by telephone which was finally answered after 37 attempts, was told someone one would get back to me, absolutely nothing, and 5 days later I sent another email yet still, absolutely no response whatsoever!!!!
Pillar drill is now going back, I’ll buy another brand, and due to abysmal non existent customer service, I’ll never purchase this brand again, and certainly wouldn’t recommend anybody else to either. Can you imagine if anything went wrong with your item, you’ve no chance of getting it resolved!!!

Dirty pro tools aka - Home-Then-Garden on Ebay - B&Q

S S JOHAL AND SONS, AKA Dirty Pro tools,

Several days after I made payment, I was told the same thing that I see others in feedback are being told days after paying.."Sorry, Our courier does not deliver to your postcode...This is depite them still selling the same item, on Ebay, on B&Q's site, and on their own site, all clearly stating they do deliver to all of mainland uk...Since when is Edinburgh not mainland uk ?!
Very poor! now have to wait a further week or so for my ££££ to be returned. All a complete waist of time...Sadly!
P.s..Phoned B&Q to ask why items they are selling on behalf of ss Johal in Derby are not available for the delivery stated on their site..B&Q told me they are available for delivery. I of course said Id been told otherwise regarding this same product! Go figure
