Good value for money and good customer relations

Sales team didn’t reply my email how to get the refund as I have bought a pet vacuum that is water leaking.

I ordered three AEG appliances from Direct Vacuums, including a built-in oven, a combi microwave / oven and an induction hob.

The hob appears to be fine, but the oven arrived with significant dents and distortion to the casing. This is not just a small cosmetic mark. There are multiple dents around the rear and side panels, and the casing looks like it may have taken an impact. I would not feel comfortable installing it as a built-in appliance in that condition.

The appliance also has a “Graded Product” sticker on it, with what appears to say “Refurb” handwritten on the label. This is particularly frustrating because the items appeared to be sold as new / like-new graded condition, and Direct Vacuums’ own description of like-new suggests a virtually new item with at most a very slight cosmetic mark.

I had also been contacted about an issue with one of the items before delivery, so it is disappointing that damaged goods have still been supplied.

I have contacted customer support and am waiting for this to be resolved. At the moment, based on the condition of the items received and the discrepancy between the advertised condition and what arrived, I cannot recommend.

I will update this review if Direct Vacuums resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

Had a problem with a refurbished Microwave but Paige and the customer service team were excellent
a replacement was exchanged

I purchased a refurbished coffee machine that after less than a month started leaking. I contacted customer services who kindy arranged a replacement - so far so good. The second machine (same make and model) also started to leak. I again contacted customer services to be told as it was out of the 30 day period i was not entitled to a replacement/refund and would have to send it back (at a cost to myself) to be repaired. As this was the second faulty machine i had received i found this unacceptable, and would not purchase anything from them again based on this experience.

Great purchase. Bread maker is like new but at a bargain price! Quick delivery. Excellent service; thankyou.

I ordered the blue Henry quick stick and it arrived in great condition unfortunately I did get a pink hetty quick stick head but it doesn’t affect how good it is it has very good suction and the battery last me quite a while which is good

The part I needed was available from the manufacturers Tefal. But the price including postage was double what direct vacuums were quoting. I ordered the product (a replacement air fryer tray) and it arrived within days at half the cost and is perfect. Great service and great company would recommend 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Have previously used and so ordered the Hoover stick with floor cleaner - arrived very quickly in a plain box, but everything wrapped securely with no damage or marks on the parts, and was set up in no time, just downloaded the instructions from the internet. Do not order from this company.Item arrived the next day, however it was faulty it did not spray any water.The instructions were for a different model and 2 scrubbing pads were missing.
This was 6 days ago that I first contacted them now they don’t reply to my emails.
Im going to have to chase this through clearpay.Please please please beware of this company .
