Ease of ordering and swift delivery
Ease of ordering and swift delivery. I really like the idea of eco friendly shredded cardboard as packaging, which was done very well.
For me this a great option, as I already have all the accessories so just needed to purchase the main body of the steamer, saving waste.
Great value, I will purchase again from this company and can definitely recommend.

Hoover was like brand new
Hoover was well packed and came looking brand new and working perfectly. They also offer a years warranty. My only gripe was the delivery company dpd twice didn't show up at my house and sent a picture of another house twice so it took me about 5 days to receive when I was desperate for a hoover but that was on dpd n not this company who did their part of the sale brilliantly and for a great price
