The service from start to finish was…

The service from start to finish was excellent. I ordered for my father who is 99 years old. I dropped a star as they had my email but didn't keep me informed when it was delivered, other than that I couldn't fault them and would use them again.

Vax carpet cleaning products

Excellent price compared with buying from the manufacturer (whose price seemed totally unrealistic to me).

Free postage on such a small order was unexpected & welcome.

The icing on the cake was the surprise of next day delivery.

If the item had been free was the only way my buying experience could have been improved!

Great price

Brought a new Hetty right vacuum cleaner one of the new models came in immaculate condition with instructions and accessories. Price was amazing which was £165 savings. The even better thing was the guarantee for one year this would be my second purchase from this company where I bought a fax carpet cleaner, which is still going three years later would recommend anyone to buy
